    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet various working conditions with only one unit by making the best use of the heat loss tolerance capability of the unit owns. SOLUTION: High voltage and low voltage are switched and outputted by a transformer circuit 2A, and rectified and smoothed by a rectification and smoothing circuit 10, which are then inputted into a DC stabilization power circuit 20.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC stabilized power supply apparatus capable of maintaining constant output voltages by connecting in series a plurality of active elements passing load currents between an input terminal and an output terminal of the apparatus to distribute occurrences of heat due to the load currents, and even though an input voltage to the apparatus becomes smaller. When the DC voltage V1 is not higher than the reference value Vref, the voltage between an emitter and a collector or between a source and a drain is controlled to become a saturated voltage for making a voltage loss by the step-down means 1 become negligible amount.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reproduction efficiency of KARAOKE sing-along music with a KARAOKE sing-along machine for DVDs by detecting whether a reproduction portion is a non-singing-in part or singing-in part or not from the reproduction data of the KARAOKE sing-along music and reproducing the reproduction portion of the singing-in part while suitably skipping the reproduction portion of the non-singing-in part. SOLUTION: A DVD mechanism unit 16 of the KARAOKE sing-along machine 15 is set with a DVD 10, executes the processing relating to the DVD 10, such as reproduction and stop of the DVD 10 by the control signal from a control section 17 and reads out the data from the DVD 10 at the time of reproduction. A non-singing-in part/singing-in part detecting section 21 detects the non-singing- in part by the subtitle picture data from a signal processing section 18 and sends the results of the detection to the control section 17. The control section 17 suitably executes the skipping, such as fast feeding, relating to the DVD 10 in the DVD mechanism unit 16 when the results of the detection of the non- singing-in part comes thereto from the non-singing-in part/singing-in part detecting section 21.
