    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-sensitive method for assaying SNP, specifically to provide the method for assaying the SNP by which a large amount of the SNP is rapidly assayed by a small amount of a DNA of a test object. SOLUTION: The method for assaying the SNP by using an invader method using a FRET (Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer) probe having a luminous coloring matter and a quenching material uses a labeling agent of a rare earth fluorescent complex comprising a rare earth element such as europium and terbium as the luminous coloring matter in the FRET probe. The fluorescence-regulating composition comprises a combination of the specific labeling agent of the rare earth fluorescent complex and the specific labeling agent of a fluorescence quencher. The high-sensitive labeling probe uses the labeling agent of the rare earth fluorescent complex as the luminous coloring matter in the high-sensitive labeling probe such as the FRET probe, and the labeling agent of the fluorescence quencher as the quenching material.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label which can highly sensitively, regularly and stably be measured in excellent operability; to provide a labeling method using the same; and to provide an analysis method using the same.
