    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavating tool for constructing a foundation pile, capable of setting a diametrally expanding quantity large, while preventing reception of sudden resistance from the ground, when expanding a diameter. SOLUTION: An excavating shaft 3 is joined to a driving shaft 2 by a spline, so as to be relatively displaceable in the vertical direction. An upper end part of an expanded blade 4 is rotatably connected in the vertical direction to the driving shaft 2. A lower end part of the expanded blade 4 is rotatably connected in the vertical direction to an upper end part of auxiliary links 12, and a lower end part of the auxiliary links 12 is rotatably connected in the vertical direction to the excavating shaft 3. An expansively excavating cutter 8 is installed on the expanded blade 4. The expanded blade 4 is arranged, so as to be vertically movable on a virtual plane F passing through a rotary shaft.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavating device by which a drive shaft can be moved vertically while maintaining the opened state of expansion excavation blades. SOLUTION: An extension shaft 3 is splined in the extension direction of the lower end side of a drive shaft 2, and auxiliary links 7 for rotating operation of the expansion excavation blades are interposed between the expansion excavation blades 6 on the outer periphery of the extension shaft 3 and the drive shaft 2. By rotating the extension shaft in one direction while moving it in an extending direction with respect to the drive shaft, key members are moved to the side end parts of widened parts of splines into which the key members are fitted and the extended state of the extension shaft is maintained. By rotating the drive shaft in the opposite direction, the key members are disengaged from the widened parts of the splines so that the extension shaft can relatively move in the contraction direction with respect to the drive shaft. The widths of the splines of the positions except the widened parts of the splines are formed to be larger than those of the key members. A stopper mechanism 40 is provided on the outer peripheries of the drive shaft and the extension shaft to inhibit the movement of both shafts in the extension direction when the extension shaft is at the contraction position with respect to the drive shaft and the key members are on the reverse rotation side in the splines.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pull up an auger in a reverse rotation manner by providing a restriction part at a sliding part between a shaft and an auger connection shaft, providing a stopper on an enlarged blade, forming a protrusion on an outer surface of the connection shaft, thereby making abutment between the stopper and the protrusion at one side of the sliding part while perforing separation on the other side. SOLUTION: Underground excavation is performed by a excavation blade 105 of an enlarged head connected at a tip of the bead after a spiral auger 103 is rotated, then exavated soil is discharged onto the ground by the auger 3 and a pile 102 is driven in the groud. Next, when the pile 102 reaches a support layer, a preceeding excavation is performed with the normal rotation of the blade 105, then an enlarged blade is enlarged in its diameter to stir a portion of foundation consilidation bulb 106. Thereafter, the bulb is buit up by jetting out cement milk or the like, then it is pulled in the pile with the enlarged blade reducedin its diameter and the auger 103 is pulled up by the reverse rotation, and the cement milk is poure in the pipe. Then, a tip of the pile 102 is pushed in the inside of the bulb 106 for integration. Accordingly, increase and decrease in the diameter of the enlarged blade are controlled by means of a spline mechanism, and thereby enlargement or shrinkage of the enlarged blade can be made with such a simple mecanism.

    • PURPOSE:To excavate the ground below the cutting edge of a sunk well by means of the same bit by a method in which when the ground in the sunk well is excavated, the outer ring bit is contacted with the inner wall of the sunk well, and when the ground below the cutting edge of the sunk well is excavated, the outer ring bit is used in an expanded form. CONSTITUTION:When soil in a sunk well 2 is excavated, the second support arms 8 and 9 are bent toward the first support arm 5, and outer ring bits 12 and 13 are contacted with the inner wall of the sunk well 2. When a pipe 3 is turned while giving a downward propulsion to the pipe 3, the central part of the bottom of pit is excavated by a center bit 4, and the surrounding soil of the bit 4 is excavated by the bits 12 and 13 while being touched by the inner wall of the well 2. When the bits 12 and 13 reache the cutting edge of the well 2, the bits 12 and 13 are expanded outwards because of dergulation of the sunk well 2 to excavate the ground below the cutting edge of the wall 2. By more expanding the bits 12 and 13, the ground inside the wall 12 and below the cutting edge of the well 2 can be excavated by the same bits.
