摘要： PURPOSE: To attain to effectively utilize quantity of heat, by preheating purified air by the combustion exhaust gas of an incinerator and performing drying and baking by this purified air while burning solvent evaporation gas by the exhaust gas, after drying and baking, and fuel.
CONSTITUTION: The combustion temp. outputted from an incinerator 8A is regulated corresponding to the quantity of heat required in each zone of a drying and baking oven 6A and purified air is heated by the combustion exhaust gas of the incinerator 8A while the drying and baking in the drying and baking oven 6A is performed by the heated purified air. The solvent evaporation gas in the incinerator 8A is burnt only by the exhaust gas of this drying and baking furnace 6A and fuel. By this method, the quantity of heat of the exhaust gas can be effectively utilized.

摘要： PURPOSE: To form smooth melt sprayed films of high degrees of adhesion and to reduce costs through recovering of melt spraying powder by providing an enclosure which is opened above and backward above a roller to be repaired, and performing melt spraying work on the inner side thereof.
CONSTITUTION: In a roller 1, constant surplus width parts C are taken on both sides of a worn part B including local wear 3 by shape steel, and the range of A including these is finished by grinding. An enclosure 4 consists of side plates 5, 6 and a front vertical plate 7 having the height of the extent of not allowing the scattering of melt spraying powder. A notch 8 of the arc shape of the same diameter as the outside diameter of the roller 1 is provided to the bottom edges of the plates 5, 6, and a bottom plate 9 is fitted between the front end of the notch 8 and the plate 7. This enclosure 4 is erected by fixing the same to an apron table 12 by means of magnets 11, and the notch 8 is brought into opposite contact with the surplus width parts finished by grinding of said roller. Thence, a melt spraying torch 13 is inserted into the enclosure 4, and while the roller 1 is rotated, it is subjected to thermal spray overlaying.
