摘要： PURPOSE:To deaerate in a short time and contrive to shorten the starting time by a structure wherein open sides of flow passages, except the inlet side, are shut off in the interior of a condenser so as to lead sprayed condensate to the inlet side in order to drain from the outlet side and at the same time heating steam is supplied in response to the detecting rate of degree of deaeration. CONSTITUTION:When condensate is sprayed in a condenser 1 by a spraying device 14 at the start of a plant, a vacuum pump 11 is put into actuation so as to evacuate the air in the condenser 1 outside a system in order to reduce pressure and keep the interior of the condenser 1 under vacuum state, resulting in deaerating the sprayed condensate under reduced pressure and falling the sprayed condensate from nests of tubes 15 onto a ceiling plate and finally collecting the sprayed condensate in a flow passage 50a. Steam is lead in a heating steam pipe 40a and blown off in the condensate in a hot well so as to violently contact with the condensate in order to transfer heat to the condensate. Gaseous component is separated from the condensate, which is brought into boiling state by the blowing-in of the steam, and diffused together with a part of the steam from the water level of the condensate in the condenser and finally discharged outside the system through air extraction pipes 16. In addition, the deaerated condensate is pushed successively to a condensate outlet 30 without mixing so as to repeat the recirculation of the condensate in order to make the deaeration in a short time possible.
