SOLUTION: After providing a mold releasing film layer 3 on the surface of the pipe 1, the split cylinder molded heat insulating member 4 is disposed on the film layer 3, a mold releasing film layer 9 is provided on a surface of the split cylinder molded heat insulating member 4, and then a split cylinder molded heat insulating member 10 is disposed on the mold releasing film layer 9, so as to constitute the low temperature fluid transport device. Even if adhesive joint filler is used for abutting joint parts of the inner and outer layer molded heat insulating members 4, 10, the inner layer molded heat insulating member 4 is not adhered to the pipe, and the outer layer molded heat insulating member 10 is not adhered to the inner layer molded heat insulating member 4.

The compounding ratio of the liquid phenol resin, the aromatic polyester polyol and the polyether polyol in which the alkylene oxide is added to the glycerol is 10-30 wt.%, 10-30 wt.% and 30-60 wt.% in the polyol component, respectively. The amount of the compounded water is 2-6 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt. of the polyol component. The average hydroxy value of the polyol component is 300-400 mg KOH/g.
