    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack for electronic apparatus storage with a seismic isolation function that can excellently absorb even vertical vibrations as well as horizontal vibrations, and absorb vertical shakes due to an earthquake.SOLUTION: A seismic isolation member comprises coil springs 4 and oil dampers 5 absorbing three-axial vibrations, and the coil springs 4 are arranged between an upper and a lower ends of an inner frame body 3 and an outer frame body 2 to be vertically extended and retracted. While the inner frame body 3 is held by the outer frame body 2 from above and below through the coil springs 4, the oil dampers 5 are arranged between a left side part of the outer frame body 2 and a left side part of the inner frame body 3, and between a right side part of the outer frame body 2 and a right side part of the inner frame body 3, and the side parts are coupled to each other through the oil dampers 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cable connector management apparatus that can easily execute management of the cable connector. SOLUTION: A non-contact type information reading/writing apparatus 10 can write the predetermined information to a non-contact type information memory apparatus 20 and can also read the information stored in the non- contact type information memory apparatus 20. Such non-contact type information memory apparatus 20 is mounted to a cable connector. The information pieces such as cable connector installation time, installer's name, identification No. of the cable connector and the identification number of cable connected with the cable connector or the like are written into the non-contact type information memory apparatus 20. In the case of checking the target cable connector, the information stored in the non-contact type information memory apparatus 20 mounted to each cable connector is read to determine whether the information read out is matched or not with the information stored in the non-contact type information memory apparatus 20 mounted to the target cable connector.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna switching system for reducing influences caused by noise induced by a cable by performing control to stop the transmitting operation and/or receiving operation of an R/W device from the selection start of an antenna to the selection end. SOLUTION: Antennas 1a-1d are respectively connected with a switching part 2 and the switching part 2 is connected with an R/W device 3. After the transmitting/receiving operation of the R/W device 3 is stopped, a control part 4 starts switching of the switching part 2 soon. While switching is performed by the switching part 2 and for a while after switching completion, control is performed so that the R/W device 3 can continuously stop the transmitting/ receiving operation. After the lapse of a predetermined stop period, the transmitting/receiving operation of the R/W device 3 is started again. Concerning such a stop period of transmission/reception, a period sufficient for completely normalizing an unstable state is previously stored by the control part 4. Thus, the influence caused by the unstable state can be avoided.
