Respective folded parts are made to overlap each other and the folds (5A) are fixed to form a bellows body (7) having pockets (6). The tabular article is inserted into each pocket (6) to form a package, which is put in a packaging box together with a necessary auxiliary buffer material.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transporting pallet manufactured from a plastic corrugated board as a material which is made easily returnable and reusable by being disassembled, folded and reduced in its volume after use and which stands us plural times. SOLUTION: The transporting pallet comprises a lower board (1), an upper board (2), and coupling members (3) for unitarily connecting both the boards. By folding the lower board (1) along folds which a hinge structure has, the lower board (1) forms a cross-sectionally inverted trapezoidal portions (15) arranged right and left, thereby preparing fork insertion grooves for a fork lift. The lower board (1) and the upper board (2) are fastened together by applying the coupling members (3-5) to through-holes (7 and 8) provided at opposed places of both the boards, thus constituting the pallet. The coupling members are formed into a U-shape, a pin shape, a hook shape, or the like. The upper board may optionally be a board (2a) having folded portions (22A and 22B) at fore and rear parts of a main body (21) of the upper board which is folded along folds (23A and 23B) of a hinge structure, or a board (2b) having fold pairs (28A and 28B; 29A and 29B) of a hinge structure which are parallel with each other and being formed into the shape of a corrugated board.
