The moving member 31 is pressed against a mouth neck part 18 of a refilled vessel 16, thereby moving along the extraction tube 23 to the side of the stationary part 24 to open the bung hole 22. The moving member 31 comprises: a cylinder-shaped bung hole closing part 32 which closes the bung hole; and partition walls 35, 35 separating a channel A of liquid which is spilled out from the bung hole 22 and flowed in the refilled vessel 16 from a channel B of air which is discharged from the refilled vessel 16.
