The first clutches 51L and 51R comprise, in a first clutch shaft 47, clutch sliders 64 and 66 that engage by friction with the standard transmission path 85 at one side and engage by friction with the low speed transmission path 86 at the other side. The second clutches 52L and 52R comprise a single side brake 78 in the second clutch shaft 48 and is connected to a left wheel axle 29L by engaging a clutch.

In this case, a guide panel 36 of a transmission travel lever is formed which comprises a guide groove for backward movement 83 which is provided in parallel generally with the operation seat and extends from a backward movement position to a neutral position, a guide groove 82 for neutral position which extends in a direction generally vertical to the guide groove for backward movement in the neutral position, and a guide groove for forward movement 81 which is formed so that it is away from the operation seat as it extends on a guide groove for neutral position from a position of deviated from the end of the guide groove for backward movement.
