    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of wastewater from coal gasifying which efficiently removes cyan, metals, a COD component or the like contained in gas washing wastewater produced in a coal gasifying process to obtain treated water of good quality, and to provide a treatment apparatus of wastewater from coal gasifying. SOLUTION: The treatment method of wastewater from coal gasifying is characterized in that the wastewater is brought into contact with a chelating resin to remove dissolved metals before being subjected to wet catalytic oxidation. The treatment apparatus of the wastewater has a chelating resin device for bringing the wastewater into contact with the chelating resin and a wet catalytic oxidation reactor for subjecting the outflow water of the chelating resin device to wet catalytic oxidation.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coal gasification wastewater treatment method and apparatus which can efficiently remove cyanogen, metals, and COD components contained in gas washing wastewater generated in a coal gasification process to obtain treated water of good quality.
      SOLUTION: In the coal gasification wastewater treatment method, coal gasification wastewater is heated to 101-210°C under an alkaline condition, and generated suspended metals are removed to be subjected to wet catalytic oxidation. The coal gasification wastewater treatment apparatus comprises a heat hydrolysis reactor retaining the coal gasification wastewater under a pressure keeping the liquid phase of the wastewater at 101-210°C, a suspended metal remover, and a wet catalytic oxidation reactor.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of a copper-containing solution capable of removing copper from a copper-containing solution in a high removal ratio to obtain a treated liquid low in the concentration of copper, capable of obtaining dehydrated sludge high in the concentration of formed sludge, having good dehydration properties and a high sludge dehydration speed and low content of a cake even if the concentration of sulfate ions is high and capable of reducing the production amount of sludge, and a treatment apparatus therefor.
      SOLUTION: The copper-containing solution L1 is introduced into a first reaction tank 1 and mixture sludge L8 of alkali and return sludge is supplied to the reaction tank 1 to react with the copper-containing solution L1 at a pH of 6-7.5 while the reaction liquid of the first reaction tank 1 is introduced into a second reaction tank 2 and adjusted to a pH of 8-11 to further react with the copper-containing solution L1. The reaction liquid of the second reaction tank 2 is introduced into a flocculation tank 3 to be flocculated and the flocculated treated liquid is subjected to solid-liquid separation treatment in a solid-liquid separation tank 4 and a part L11 of the separated sludge is returned to a mixer 5 to be mixed with alkali L6 while the obtained alkali mixed sludge L8 is supplied to the first reaction tank 1.
