      SOLUTION: The cross-linked polymer particle-dispersed solid epoxy resin composition includes a cross-linked polymer particle having an individual number-average particle diameter of 10-1,000 nm, and a solid epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 500-10,000. In the cross-linked polymer particle-dispersed solid epoxy resin composition, the cross-linked polymer particle is dispersed in the state of a primary particle in the solid epoxy resin. The cross-linked polymer particle-dispersed solid epoxy resin composition is preferably produced by a method for production including a step of reacting a liquid epoxy resin composition, which is liquid at room temperature, comprises the cross-linked polymer particle dispersed in the state of the primary particle, and has an epoxy equivalent of 150-280, with a compound having at least two active hydrogens in the molecule.
