      SOLUTION: The method for producing a dispersion liquid of the silicone-based polymer particles having excellent storage stability such as free from large aging change of viscosity of the silicone composition containing the silicone-based polymer particles includes addition of an organic solvent to an aqueous latex containing the silicone-based polymer particles to agglomerate the silicone-based polymer particles, washing of the agglomerate, redispersion of the agglomerate in an organic solvent having affinity to the silicone-based polymer particles, and addition of an epoxy compound to the obtained particle dispersed solution.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable olefin polymer emulsion in emulsion polymerization of an olefin monomer using a coordination polymerization catalyst, by the method for manufacturing in which an emulsion of the coordination polymerization catalyst differs from an emulsion prepared in a reactor beforehand, and a particle size of the emulsion of the coordination polymerization catalyst is made small.
      SOLUTION: This olefin polymer emulsion is obtained by increasing an amount of an emulsifier upon preparation of the catalyst emulsion, by controlling the ratio of an amount of an organic solvent to that of water, and by using an emulsion stabilizer such as hexadecane, when the olefin monomer is emulsion polymerized using the coordination polymerization catalyst.

      SOLUTION: In polymerizing an olefin monomer in the presence of a coordination catalyst in an aqueous medium, the polymerization is performed at 35-90°C, or the polymerization may be copolymerization with a diene monomer.
