    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering a thermoplastic resin foamed base material, from which a fiber component made of a skin nonwoven fabric or a skin woven fabric of an interior finishing material for an automobile containing at least the skin nonwoven fabric, the skin woven fabric and the thermoplastic resin foamed base material is substantially separated, as a resin material.
      SOLUTION: The method for recovering the thermoplastic resin foamed base material comprises the steps of grinding a waste material and/or an end material generated at a molding time of the interior finishing material for the automobile; wind-separating the fiber component in the ground material by a dust separating unit of a specific structure of various type and its combination; and recovering the thermoplastic resin foamed base material from which the fiber component made of the skin nonwoven fabric or the skin woven fabric of the interior finishing material for the automobile is substantially separated, as the resin material.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sound-insulating sheet where all components of polyvinyl chloride wall paper can effectively be used without separating a paper layer and can be recycled as a sheet for insulating the sound of house, which has excellent moldability, strength, sound-insulating property and sound-preventing property, and is inexpensive, while polyvinyl chloride wall paper the paper layer of whose substrate is strongly impregnated and coated with a polyvinyl chloride component has almost been dumped, because it is difficult to completely separate both the components and effectively utilize the separated components, respectively. SOLUTION: This resin composition for sound-insulating sheets is characterized by mixing 10 to 45 wt.% of polyvinyl chloride wall paper, 10 to 60 wt.% of a polyvinyl chloride-based resin, and 30 to 65 wt.% of an inorganic filler. It is desirable that 100 pts.wt. of the resin composition for the sound-insulating sheets is mixed with 0 to 10 pts.wt. of a plasticizer and 0.5 to 10 pts.wt. of a processability-modifying agent.
