摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravel carrying out device and a gravel carrying out method capable of transporting the gravel such as ballast for a long distance with a large transporting ability.
SOLUTION: The gravel carrying out device 2 is composed of a hopper 1, drain piping 5 coupled with the bottom of the hopper 1, a water tank 9 for circulation, water supplying piping 17 to couple the water tank 9 with the drain piping 5, piping 19 for pouring water to supply water to the hopper 1, a jet nozzle 25 installed upstream of the coupling part 47 of the drain piping 5 with the hopper 1, and so on. The water 33 is poured into the hopper 1 from the piping 19 while the internal water pressure of the coupling part 47 is dropped by allowing the water 33 in the piping 17 to flow into the coupling part 47 through the jet nozzle 25, and ballast 31 is cast in, and the ballast 31 in the hopper 1 and the water 33 are allowed to flow into the drain piping 5 through the coupling part 47.
