    • PURPOSE:To cause an anchor and a drain member to reliably remain in the ground, by a method wherein the anchor is secured to the end of the drain member inserted into a casing, and after the casing is pressed in, a projecting tool is protrued from the casing. CONSTITUTION:After a beltlike drain member 2 is inserted into a hollow casing 1 and the drain member 2 is slightly pulled off through a slit formed at the forward end of the casing 1, an anchor 3 is secured to the end of the drain member 2. A projecting rod 4 is contained in the casing 1, and the casing 1 is inserted down to a given depth L in the ground in a condition in that the anchor 3 is firmly adhered to the bottom at the forward end of the casing 1. By protruding downward the projecting rod 4 when the casing 1 is pulled up, the anchor 3 and the projection part of the drain member 2 are pushed away to remain in the ground.
