    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably evaluate ground improvement in a free boring type ground improvement construction method.SOLUTION: The ground improvement is evaluated by: boring a ground G by a universal boring machine 1 with a drilling rod 2; inserting an injection outer tube 3 fitted with a spacer 6 forming a gap between a plurality of electrodes 8 to which an electric wire 7 connected onto the ground and the drilling rod 2 into the drilling rod; extracting the drilling rod 2 from a boring hole B while leaving the injection outer tube 3 in the boring hole B; supplying electric power to the electrodes 8 through the electric wire 7 and measuring specific resistance of the ground G before an improving material is injected; inserting the injection inner tube 10 into the injection outer tube 3, discharging the improving material from the injection inner tube 10, and thus injecting the improving material into the ground G; supplying electric power to the electrodes 8 through the electric wire 7 and measuring specific resistance of the ground G after the improving material is injected; and calculating the difference between the real specific resistance of the ground G before the improving material is injected and the real specific resistance of the ground G after the improving material is injected.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement method which injects collected sludge into soil and can reduce an amount of the sludge to be disposed of as industrial waste without causing adverse effect due to a contained material in the sludge and to provide a system used for the ground improvement method.SOLUTION: A ground improvement method constructs an underground consolidated body by inserting a rod (2) having an injection device (2m) into a borehole (Hb) and pulling the rod (2) while rotating the same and injecting cutting fluid and a filling material through the injection device (2m). In the ground improvement method, sludge is collected and classified in accordance with a size of particles therein. Then, the sludge having small soil particles is mixed into the cutting fluid and the sludge having large soil particles is mixed into the filling material.
