摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall for a clean room, which can exert high airtightness after construction.
SOLUTION: This partition wall W for the clean room is equipped with a plurality of substrate materials 1 which are elongated in a vertical direction. A wall surface, where a plurality of steel plates 4 are stretched around four sides, is formed on the surface of the substrate material 1. Side surfaces of the steel plates 4 and 4 on the right and left sides are arranged in the state of butting against each other in the vertical joint of the wall surface; and the steel plates 4 and 4 in upper and lower positions are arranged in the state of partially overlapping each other in the horizontal joint of the wall surface. Additionally, the substrate material 1 is arranged on the backside of the vertical joint; a gasket 6 is interposed between the substrate material 1 and the steel plates 4 and 4 positioned on the right and left sides of the vertical joint; and a sealing layer is interposed in the overlapping position of the steel plate 4 in the horizontal joint.
