The wall-head cap 7c protecting a main reinforcement 11c excepting a lap joint section 39 is mounted on the cage 5c with the lap joint section 39, and the wall-head cap 7d protecting the main reinforcement 11d excepting the lap joint section 39 is fitted in the cage 5d. The diaphragm wall is formed, and the wall-head cap 7 is removed and a section in the vicinity of the upper end of the main reinforcement 11 is exposed. Concrete positioned in the cavity 30 or the like of the wall-head cap 7 is removed, and the diaphragm wall, a footing in an upper section and the structure such as a top slab or the like are connected through the exposed main reinforcement 11.
