摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the subject device having excellent working efficiency and safety and free from trouble of excessive lowering of a mowing unit by setting a limit switch in a stage adjustable in longitudinal direction of the machine body and integrating the limit switch into a circuit at the side to lower the mowing height of a mowing height-adjusting switch. CONSTITUTION:In this device, a limit switch S2 is set just below a sliding path of a mowing height-indicating board 13 at a position adjustable along the longitudinal direction T of the machine body and the limit switch S2 is integrated into the circuit of the side lowering a mowing height in a mowing height- adjusting switch S1. A rod 4a of an elevating cylinder 4 is pulled back by the operation of the mowing height-adjusting switch S1 to lower the lifted mowing unit. At that instant, the action of the elevating cylinder 4 is stopped by pressing a detecting part of the limit switch S2 with the mowing height-indicating board 13 and a lowering end position of the detecting unit is automatically decided.
