    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger which can connect a wire rope to a reinforcing bar quickly and definitely almost equally by any worker. SOLUTION: A hanger 1 has a support frame 2 with a lid 3, a grasping member 4 journalized inside a support frame 2, and a suspension hand fittings 6 coupled to the grasping member 4 linked to a wire rope W and in a vertically movable manner relatively by the support frame 2. The lid 3 is made freely open and close in order to receive a veinforcing bar S in the support frame 2 from the side. The holding member 4 journals in a support frame 2 in a freely rotating manner between the grasping position for release position and a release position releasing it at the gap between the member 4 and the inner side of the lid 3. The hunger 6 links to the wire rope W, the lower portion is supported by the support frame 2 in relatively vertically movable motion, the grasping portion 4 is arranged at grasping position at the upper position, it is arranged to a release position at the lower position and coupled to the grasping position 4 through the link 5. The lid 3 is opened, the reinforcing bar S is received inside the support frame 2, the lid 3 is closed, and the suspension hand fitting 6 is pulled up with the wire rope W, then the grasping member 4 is rotated and the reinforcing bar S is grasped.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the interval between adjacent upper-side and lower-side wire and to realize a required insulating separate distance, by winding around the outer periphery of a metal-wheel main body a belt capable of moving together with the wire, and by generating a void space on the rear side of the main body through providing two belt pulling rollers on the rear side of the main body, and further, by positioning in the void space an opposite lower-side yoke for anchoring an adjacent lower-side sheave. SOLUTION: A flat metal-wheel main body 1 having its circular-arc-form top surface is surrounded by a resin belt 4 along the circular-arc-form top surface, instead of conventional circular metal-wheel main bodies. In a central zone of the rear surface of the circular-arc-form top surface of the main body 1, a main-roller train 7 is provided. On both the sides of the circular-arc-form top surface of the main body 1, side-roller trains 8 are provided. Wire E is supported by both the roller trains 7, 8 via the resin belt 4. Two belt pulling rollers 6 on the rear side of the main body 1 are provided, the resin belt 4 is pulled on the rear surface of the main body 1 to generate a void space on the rear side of the main body 1. An opposite lower-side yoke for anchoring an adjacent lower-side sheave is positioned in the void space, so that the separate distance between the adjacent upper-side and lower-side metal- wheels is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation of rescue by starting a wrecking car from the opposite side in the case where a service car being self-propelled ahead along an existing cable has stopped in the midway of its travel for trouble and, after having both automatically coupled together in the air, making the wrecking car so as to be pulled back up to the departure point. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 1 equipped with a bending piece 1a is tightly attached to a service car W being self-propelled in a state of being suspended on an existing cable, and a flared pipe 2 is tightly attached to this bending piece 1a in a forward manner. A spring supporting bar 3 being resiliently energized by a spring 4 is fitted in a cylindrical part 2a of the flared pipe 2, while a forked lever 5, whose one side is set down to a stopper 5a, is pivotally installed in this cylindrical part. On the other hand, a base plate 7 is tightly attached to a wrecking car R too, and an engaging bar 8 provided with its head 8a insertable into the cylindrical part 2a of the flared pipe 2 at the tip is tightly attached to the side plate 7. At time of rescuing the service car W, the engaging bar 8 is inserted into the flared pipe 2, and the wrecking car R is pulled back to the departure point in a coupling state that the stopper 5a is engaged with the head 8a and thus rescuing operation should be performed.

    • PURPOSE:To keep off such a fear of unreeving by installing a radial pull arm and a guide arm in a base frame and a movable frame respectively, and forming each inner surface of these arms being opposed in making both these frames overlapped, into a stepped form so as to cover both the side edges. CONSTITUTION:A pulley center shaft 2 is projected into a base part of a base frame 1 while a pull arm 1a and each guide arm 1b at both sides are projected in the radial direction from the base part. An engaging part M is installed in a radial position of each end of these arms 1a, 1b. A movable frame 4 is provided with a pull arm 4a and a guide arm 4b corresponding to the base frame 1, and it is pivotally supported at the outside of the pulley being inserted into the center shaft 2 while it is provided with an engaging edge N engaging the engaging part M, through which a closed space is made so as to be formed at the upper part when being overlapped. Each opposed side of this space is formed into a stepped surface which is made so as to cover both side edges of the pulley. Consequently, with a movable arm 4 rotated, a rope is removable, and that such a fear of unreeving is brought to nothing.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent runaway of wire by providing a ratchet type engaging section engageable with a frame body to allow self-weight approach to pulley side and a wedge member for gripping the wire on a guide rail to the guide rail having an inclining slide face and fixed to the frame body. CONSTITUTION:When a metal wheel is turned over upside down, the guide rail 5 of a lowering hanging wheel 1 lowers together with a wedge member 13 through self-weight and approaches to a pulley 3. At this time, ratchet type engaging sections 9, 12 allow relative lowering of the guide rail 5 with no trouble. When the guide rail 5 lowers, the wedge member 13 contacts with a wire. When the free end of the wire starts to run on the pulley 3, the wedge member 13 moves along the inclining slide face 6 of the guide rail 5 through friction and pulled in between the wire and the guide rail 5 thus holding the wire between the wedge member 13 and the pulley 3. By such arrangement, runaway of wire can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To stop a wire quickly when a support at one end of a suspended wire is removed and the wire starts to run away by arranging a suspension wheel such that the lower suspension wheel is inverted when the suspension wheel is inverted vertically and a wedge member rises through its weight to be in contact with the wire at the lower frictional surface. CONSTITUTION:Pulleys 3, 3 are fixed to the frame body 4 of a suspension wheel 1 and wedge members 6 are pivoted pivotably in the opposite directions at the lower sections of respective pulleys 3, 3. The wedge members 6 tilt in a correct position of the suspension wheel 1 to bring their frictional surfaces 6a in positions not contactable with wires W1, W2 and rise through self-weight at inverted positions of the suspension wheel 6 to determine the center of gravity such that the frictional surface 6a being in contact with the wires W1, W2 thus frictionally gripping the wires W1, W2 flowing on the pulleys 3 at the inverted positions of the suspension wheel 1. When a support at the end of the suspended wires W1, W2 is removed and the wires W1, W2 start to run away, they can be stopped quickly.
