    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know a correct amount of water storage by providing an air venting part to release air between an inside bag and a water storage tank in the inside bag mounted on the inside of a tank and/or in the water storage tank. SOLUTION: An inside bag S is formed of a composite sheet made by covering and impregnating a foundation fabric made up of a polypropylene fabric or polyethylene fabric with a resin such as a polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene. At the time of installation, air venting portion 11 made of a polyvinyl chloride pipe is provided on the inside bag S and for a water storage tank T. The folded inside bag S is introduced into the water storage tank from an introduction channel portion 2. The inside bag S is spread and contacted to the internal wall of the water storage tank T and bound, and the inside bag S and the water storage tank T are sealed at the introduction channel portion 2. Water is fed into the water storage tank T from the opening of the introduction channel portion 2, and air existing between the inside bag S and the water storage tank T is vented through the air venting portion 11. Thus it is possible to know the amount of water storage correctly.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground reinforcing structure having little settlement, high strength and a large ultimate bearing capacity and improving a traffic vibration damping effect and a vibration control effect by arranging and stacking multiple sandbags, and practically integrating the sandbags constituting a stratified object. SOLUTION: A bag-like object integrated with a cord-like object is used to form a sandbag 2 in advance, and multiple sandbags 2 are connected by attached cords. Two or more stratified objects 4 arranged with the sandbags 2 are stacked, and a ground reinforcing structure 1 practically integrating the sandbags 2 constituting one or more stratified objects 4 is formed. When two or more layered product 4 are used, the length of the bottom side of an upper stratified object 4 is made the length of the bottom side of a lower stratified object 4 or below. A foundation 6 is formed on the reinforcing structure 1 to suppress ground settlement, and the soil grains in the sandbags 2 below the foundation 6 are expanded by an upper mount load. The sandbags 2 themselves are solidified by the reaction of the sandbags 2, the sandbags 2 are integrated with the foundation 6 of a building to exhibit a high hearing capacity, and the settlement into the ground 5 can be largely suppressed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raschel knitted fabric having excellent dynamic characteristics, homogeneity, and impregnability and suitable for a reinforcing material, or the like, for hydraulic materials, earth and sand, synthetic resins, rubbers, or the like, by forming many three-dimensional loop piles on at least one surface of a knitted ground tissue having a mesh structure. SOLUTION: The raschel knitted fabric has a rhombic division- or grid-like knitted ground tissue having a mesh structure and has many three-dimensional loop piles on at least one surface of the ground tissue. The raschel knitted fabric has a mesh structure knot of 5-50 mm and has a length of 2-20 mm between the loop base portion and loop tip portion of the loop pile. The loop piles are formed in a state that the knots of the loop piles are entangled with the knots of the stitches of the ground tissue, and the ground tissue has the loop piles in an amount of 0.5-3 piles/stitch of the ground tissue. The ground tissue is formed of ground yarns each having a total fineness of 200-6,000 denier and a strength of >=3 g/denier. The loop piles are formed of loop yarns each having a total fineness of 50-4,000 denier and an initial tensile elastic modulus of 330-1,000 kg/mm2.
