    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to insert also in a rising part of a mold and an upper mold, simplify insert molding, enable the insert molding of a flat face, and particularly make it effective in press molding by embedding magnets in a mold in the neighborhood of a metal insert fixing position. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical permanent magnets 4a-4d are embedded in an upper mold 1 and a nut inserting nest 5 is provided in a lower mold 2. The molds 1 and 2 are attached, for example, to a hydraulic pressing machine of 500 ton. After the temperature of the molds is raised, for example, to 160 deg.C, the molds 1 and 2 are opened. Sheet metal inserts 6a and 6b are provided in the upper mold 1 and a nut 7 is provided in the lower mold 2. A stampable sheet is heated in a far-infrared heating furnace at, for example, 300 deg.C for 6 minutes, thereafter, it is immediately charged in the molds 1 and 2, mold clamping is performed, and dwelling is performed with a pressure of, for example, 200kg/cm for 30 seconds so as to obtain a molded piece. The obtained molded piece can insert the inserts 6a, 6b and the nut 7 into predetermined positions.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to impart anti-static properties to a sheet-shaped body without lowering the toughness of the body by causing the body to comprise a resin layer comprising a thermoplastic polyester resin and a mica powder as essential constituents and a conductive layer. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic polyester ressn used as an essential constituent is a resin capable of being formed into a sheet shape, and is preferably PET or PBT. A mica powder can be appropriately selected from a phlogopite powder, a muscovite powder and the like. Since the particle diameter and aspect ratio of the mica powder have effects on the stiffness, heat resistance and shape performance of a polyester resin sheet-shaped body obtained, it is preferable that the mica powder has a weight average particle diameter of 15-500mum and a weight average aspect ratio of at least 10. A conductive layer is preferably is resin layer comprising conductive carbon black as an essential constituent and capable of being adhered to or layered on a sheet comprising the polyester resin and the mica powder, a resin film layer formed by application of a conductive ink, a conductive layer using a metallic foil, or a conductive layer comprising long metallic fibers.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a molded item, which reveals highly improved dynamic performance by a method wherein crystalline thermoplastic resin, which is heated up to and melted at a temperature higher than its melting point, or a composite containing said resin, is supplied between open molds, and the molds are clamped under pressure when the resin is cooled down into the specified temperature range. CONSTITUTION:Crystalline thermoplastic resin, which is heated up to and melted at a temperature higher than its melting point, or a composite containing said resin is supplied to open molds, and the resin is cooled down. The rolling of the resin is objected through the mold clamping under pressure within the temperature range, in which the fluidity of the resin is that shown by the resin at a temperature lower than the peak endothermic temperature of fusion and at the same time higher than the peak exothermic temperature of crystallization in the differential scanning calorimetry. Further, the resin is cooled down to a demoldable temperature in order be released from the mold. The rolling ratio of said resin through the mold clamping under pressure is 2 or more. By crossing the border of said ratio of 2, very remarkable effect develops and the preferable ratio is 3-10. The applicable resin is crystalline thermoplastic resin, and crystalline polyolefin such as polyethylene, polypropylene or the like, polybutylene terephthalate or the like is exampled.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a sharp peak in the internal loss around 50 deg.C, to mitigate the deterioration in the elastic factor and to improve the characteristic, by forming a diaphragm with a mixture comprising a polypropylene system polymer, poly 4-methylpentene-1 and a flaky filler. CONSTITUTION:The acoustic diaphragm is formed with the mixture comprising poly 4-methylpentene-1 (PMP), polypropylene polymer (PP) and flaky filler. The PMP content out of two constituents PMP and PP among the constituents of the diaphragm of this constitution is taken as 3-98wt%. Further, the content of the flaky filler among the three constituents, PMP, PP and flaky filler is taken as 2-70wt%, and the flaky filler is made of mica. The sharp peak of the internal loss around 50 deg.C is avoided, the deterioration in the elastic factor is mitigated and excellent diaphragm characteristic is attained.
