摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a dust, maintaining the efficiency of pumping in a spraying hose, to improve even adhesion in spraying and to sufficiently demonstrate an impervious performance. SOLUTION: When the impervious layer is executed by spraying bentonite- mixed soil in which sand and bentonite are mixed, water at a sand weight ratio of 2 to 10% is added as pre-mixed water in mixing of sand and bentonite and pumped in a spraying hose 11. Water in quantity, in which the section of pre-mixed water is subtracted from a material being sent in the spraying hose 11, is added to the material, aiming at the water content of 10 to 30% of sprayed bentonite-mixed soil in a spraying nozzle 13 or in the vicinity of the spraying nozzle.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope surface layer collapse prevention method capable of solving such many problems in a conventional method by sprayed concrete that the collection of the sand to be used is difficult and a skill is needed for spraying operation. SOLUTION: Lock bolt work is executed on a constructed slope vertically and horizontally at specified intervals, roller-shaped steel wire hooking rings are fitted onto the extra length head parts of installed lock bolt bar materials, and rubber plates are laid down on a natural ground between the lock bolt bar materials adjacent to each other in vertical and horizontal directions. Peripherally rust-prevented PC steel strands are wound on the steel wire hooking rings of the lock bolt bar materials adjacent to each other so as to reciprocate between two points on the lock bolt bar materials, both ends of the PC steel strands overlapped with each other by U-turn are bound, in tensed state, to each other with a binder, and the rubber plates are compressed by the extension force of the PC steel strands. Thus the collapse of the slope surface layer can be prevented.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve simplification while preventing the generation of dust by automating the feed of bentonite in a spraying material production plant which conveys bentonite mixed soil made by mixing bentonite with sand and gravel, as a spraying material to a sprayer. SOLUTION: This plant is provided with a bentonite hopper 21 in addition to a sand hopper 6 and a gravel hopper 7. The sand hopper 6 and the gravel hopper 7 are connected to a forced kneading mixer 8 with a weighing device via a belt conveyer 1 and the bentonite hopper 21 is connected to the forced kneading mixer 8 via a vertical belt conveyer 22 so that each material can be fed to the kneading mixer 8. Furthermore, the forced kneading mixer 8 is connected to a sprayer 10 via a belt conveyer 2 so that the materials can be conveyed to the sprayer 10.
