    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a bank body, in which a large-scale manufacture/transport facility is made unnecessary and which also has the same stability as a caisson type structurally.
      SOLUTION: A sea-bottom ground 1 is excavated to form a foundation ground 2, and a plurality of panels 11, which are manufactured on a land and in which a shape has the sectional shape of a sea bank 10 and projecting sections 11a and recessed sections 11b for a shear connection are formed to each plane section, are arranged and disposed upright on the foundation ground 2 successively and a panel laminate 12 is formed, thus constructing the sea bank 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and economically manufacture large boxes to be sunk and sink them in water by manufacturing the RC structure type sunk boxes with a specified length, on a semi-submerged type barge, then performing the fitting-out thereto, thereafter launching the barge for putting the boxes in water, and floating them again. SOLUTION: A semi-submerged type barge 1 equipped with a plurality of water tank chambers 1S therein and balast tanks 3, 3 on both right and left sides 1e thereof is moored to a shore wall near a site for sinking, and sunk box production equipment is installed therein. On a deck of the barge 1 sand is layed, while controlling the inclination of the barge 1 by charging water to the chambers 1S and tank 3 and discharging water therefrom, blocks 2a of RC structure type sunk boxes 2 are connected to have a length of 100 m or more toward the front part 1f and the rear part 1b. After the finished sunk boxes are applied with specified fitting-out, the production equipment of the barge 1 is removed, and the barge 1 is moved to a water region of a specified depth. Then, the tanks 3 are charged with water for bringing the barge 1 into a semi-submerged condition, and the sunk boxes 2 are moved from the front part 1f and put in water so that they are pulled to the site for sinking them. The water in the tanks 3 are then discharged to float the barge 1 on water.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple buoyancy structure which can lessen fluctuations in load, shared by a foundation structure, a tension leg, etc., due to water-level fluctuations caused by ocean waves, tidal waves. etc., and which can improve the stability of an attitude of a structure such as an upper floor slab.
      SOLUTION: In this buoyancy structure, a buoyancy body 3 is provided in the foundation structure 2 which is erected on ground 1 under a sea floor; supporting columns 4, which are composed of supports having a prescribed volume, are erected on the buoyancy body 3; the upper floor slab 5, which serves as the structure constructed above a water surface, is supported on upper ends of the supporting columns 4; a ballast device 10 having an air chamber 11, which serves as an airtight chamber and whose bottom part is opened, is provided on an outer periphery of the buoyancy body 3 of the buoyancy structure; and a change in buoyancy due to the water-level fluctuations is adjusted automatically, so that the fluctuations of the load, which is shared by the foundation structure 2, the tension leg, etc., can be lessened.
