    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a bolt into the bolt hole of a steel pipe from the inside of the steel pipe by providing a holding member capable of holding and inserting the tip section of the bolt into the bolt hole and capable of releasing the tip section and a deformable pulling member connected to the holding member and capable of being inserted into the bolt hole. SOLUTION: The inner diameter of the open end section 28 of a holding member 22 is made smaller than the outer diameter of the tip section 26 of a bolt 16, and the holding member 22 can hold the bolt 16. A pulling member 24 can be inserted into the bolt hole of a steel pipe, and one end section is connected to the terminal of the tip section 30 of the holding member 22. The holding member 22 and part of the pulling member 24 are inserted into the steel pipe from the outside through the bolt hole, the pulling member 24 is delivered into the steel pipe, and the holding member 22 on the inner face of the steel pipe is extracted to the outside of the steel pipe to hold the bolt 16. The other end section of the pulling member 24 is pulled to draw the bolt 16 into the steel pipe. When the tip section 30 of the holding member 22 is drawn into the bolt hole, the shaft section of the bolt 16 is protruded to the outside of the steel pipe, then the holding member 22 is removed from the bolt 16, and a nut is screwed to the bolt 16, thus the bolt 16 can be easily inserted from the inside of the steel pipe.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curtail the construction period of earthquake-resisting reinforcement of a building by increasing the wall thickness, by arranging reinforcements between an existing wall and one or more precast concrete plates connected through joining means and charging mortar between the wall and the precast concrete plate. SOLUTION: After a plurality of reinforcements 20 have been arranged in advance in a pair of columns 14 connected to a wall 12, a beam 16, and a slab 18 respectively, a plurality of mutually connected PC plates 24 are arranged in parallel with the wall 12. Reinforcements 26 are arranged between the wall 12 and the PC plates 24 and mortar is filled in the space to form a mortar layer 28 which is integrally and firmly connected to both columns 14, the beam 16, and the slab 18 through the planted reinforcements 20 and the reinforcements 26. The thickness of the concrete wall 12 of an existing building is increased with the mortar layer 28 including the reinforcements 26 and the PC plates 24 and hence the earthquake-resisting strength is increased as well. And since the PC plates 24 bring out the function of forms defining the charged space of mortar, The assembling work of forms and the removing work thereof are not required and hence the construction period can be reduced.
