摘要： PURPOSE:To enable accurate measurement of bending even in all available directions of holes. CONSTITUTION:A mobile cylinder 4 is inserted internally into a hole insertion pipe 2 made of a flexible tube at a fixed interval. A ball 3 is mounted into the mobile cylinder 4, a fulcrum ball support shaft 5 is projected from one side of the fulcrum ball 3 so as to stick out from an open part 4b provided on a side wall 4a of the mobile cylinder 4 and then, the rear end thereof is fastened to the side wall 4a on the front of the mobile cylinder 4 following it. Moreover, a roller 6 for vertical detection is press-contacted on the top surface of the fulcrum ball 3, a roller 7 for twisting detection on the underside thereof and a roller 8 for lateral detection on the front thereof are press- contacted to detected rotation values thereof with rotary encoders 9, 9 and 9 separately. Detection values are transferred to an analyzer thereby enabling the measurement of bending of holes.

CONSTITUTION:A weight 4 is placed on the upper surface of a float type lever 2 of hollow structure, and a link mechanism 14 is provided on the upper part of the weight 4. One end of an expansion beam 3 is fitted to the link mechanism 14, and a handle lever 9 is fixed to the other end of the expansion beam 3 through a ratchet. A wire 11 is laid between the handle lever 9 and the link mechanism 14, and the wire 11 is energized forward by a tensile coil spring 13 provided on the link mechanism 14. When the handle lever 9 is tilted forward, the float type lever 2 is tilted to the angle for pulling work by the tensile force of the tensile coil spring 13. On the other hand, when the handle lever 9 is tilted backward, the wire 11 is stretched to tilt the float type lever 2 to the angle for pushing work.

CONSTITUTION:A shape-memory-alloy material 11, which is inserted into a hole to be measured 13, is bent in conformity with the shape of the hole 13 and heated to a specified temperature with a heating means 15. After the heating is stopped, the alloy material is taken out of the hole 13 and heated again to the specified temperature. The material is returned into the stored shape of the hole 13. Then, light sensitive papers 18 and 19 are set at a right angle in a photographing device 17. The reheated alloy material is suspended from a suspending tools 20 so that the reference points marked beforehand are located at the upper part. The light beams are emitted from light projectors 21 and 22. The shapes of the plane and the side surface are projected and recorded on the light sensitive papers 18 and 19. The recorded profile lines are read out with a coordinate reading device and analyzed with an analyzer as the X-Y coordinate data. The solid data are computed, and the shape of the hole 13 is measured. Thus, the shape of the hole is measured short time, and the measuring accuracy can be improved.
