    • PURPOSE:To enable to surely shutdown a flow conduit even in the event of an electric system trouble by enabling to cancel the stopper working either through a solenoid or a pressure sustaining member. CONSTITUTION:An emergency shutdown valve is displaced accompanying a transport fluid dynamic pressure change and also is provided with a pressure sustaining member 13 mechanically interlocked with a stopper 11 and a solenoid 14 interlocked with the stopper 11. Since said constitution enables it to do the function cancelling operation of the stopper 11 through the solenoid 14, it is possible to shutdown the flow conduit R and to check the fluid flowing-out to the minimum by closing the valve before the breaking of the tube 1 accompanying an extraordinary state generation or before losing a large quantity of fluid after damage by operating the solenoid 14 in connection with a vibrometer. Moreover, even in the event of the electric system breakdown on account of the transport fluid dynamic pressure displacement accompanying the damaged tube 1 the pressure sustaining member 13 can operate to cancel the function of the stopper 11.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an exceedingly large pressure reducing action by opening and closing a number of small holes provided in a bottomed cylinder with a cylinder which is fitted the bottomed cylinder and is allowed to freely slide and by installing a throttle in one body on the lower stream side of a valve having a variable communicating channel area inside and outside both cylinders. CONSTITUTION:A number of small holes a are spirally provided on the bottom of a bottomed cylinder 1. The small holes a are designed to reduce their sizes as they approach an internal space A of the cylinder. A cylindrical member 2 which closes all the small holes a is fitted to the outside of the bottomed cylinder 1 so that the cylinder 2 may freely slide. A cylinder 6 installed on the lower stream side below the small holes a is provided with a pressure reducing unit 7 in the center. The pressure reducing unit 7 is made of a plate 15 forming an opening C for reducing size. The size of the opening C is desinged to reduce it size as it approaches the lower stream side. A transmission fluid from an upper tream side flow channel 8 is flow-controlled and pressure-reduced with two stages by changing the number of small holes a which communicate the inside and outside spacces A and B for both cylinders 1 and 2 by a sliding action of the cylinder 2.
