摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a butterfly valve with a flooding function for passing a constant flow of water at small opening, and also to reduce pressure loss at full valve element opening of the valve. SOLUTION: Two valve element pieces 9a and 9b of a valve element 7 have disk tail parts 10a and 10b. Both disk tail parts 10a and 10b are positioned on a back side of the valve element 6 with respect to a rotation direction of an unstopping operation, and are provided with a spherical outer circumference in sliding contact with a valve casing seal ring 3 arranged in a valve casing 2. The disk tail parts 10a and 10b have a water passage hole 14. In a full closing position S, a circumferential edge of the valve element 6 is in sliding contact with the valve casing seal ring 3. A full opening position O is set in a position to which the valve element 6 is rotated through 90°+α°/2 in an unstopping direction from the full closing position S, where α° is an extension angle of the valve element pieces 9a and 9b and the disk tail parts 10a and 10b on a rotation axis 5 measured in a valve element rotation direction. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a butterfly valve with a constant-flow flooding function capable of providing the water flow of a constant flow rate with a small opening. SOLUTION: This butterfly valve is composed of a valve casing sealing ring 14 annularly mounted along an inner peripheral face of a valve casing 11, a valve element rotating around a shaft center of a valve rod 13 and slidably abutted on the valve casing seal ring 14 at a fully-closed position, and a disc tail part 15 mounted at a back face side of the valve element 12 in the rotating direction in opening operation. An outer peripheral face slidably abutted on the valve casing seal ring 14, of the disc tail part 15 is curved in the spherical shape, and provided with a water passage hole 17 opened to an outer peripheral face at its one end and opened to the back face side of the valve element 12 at the other end, and a part at the back face side with respect to the opening of the water passing hole 17, of the outer peripheral face is used a seal part 18 slidably abutted on the valve casing seal ring 14 in small opening.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment system, by which water to be treated is purified without using an aluminum based flocculant, the whole system is prevented from being large scaled, the time necessary for purifying is reduced and the purifying performance for the water to be treated is improved. SOLUTION: The water treatment system 1 is provided with a water receiving well 2 into which the water to be treated flows, a settling tank 6 in which floc 20 in the water to be treated is settled and a floc forming pipe 9 for connecting between the water receiving well 2 and the settling tank 6. The settling tank 6 is connected to a filtration tank 7 through a settlement water conduit 17 and the filtration tank 7 is connected to a water discharge pipe 18 to which a sterilization pipe 19 is attached. The floc forming pipe 9 has a flocculant mixing zone 21 where a flocculant injection pipe 8 for injecting polysilica iron 16 is injected to the water to be treated is attached, a floe forming zone 22 connected to the flocculant mixing zone 21 and for forming the floc 20 and a floc growing zone 23 connected to the floc forming zone 22 and for growing the floc 20.
