SOLUTION: From a load flow rate supplied to the drainpipe, the time mean minimum position corresponding to it is predicted and the time mean value of the drainpipe internal pressure at a load position, the minimum value of the time mean value of the drainpipe internal pressure, a time mean value identical position, and a variation rate regarding the position of the time mean value of the drainpipe internal pressure at the time mean value identifical position are predicted from previously given experimental expressions. Those prediction results are used to predict the time mean value of the drainpipe internal pressure from the time mean value minimum value to the time mean value identical position.

The read parameters are used to predict the standard deviation of drainpipe internal pressure in the drainpipe facilities of a standard type pipe from a previously given experimental expression. The difference value between the standard deviation values of drainpipe internal pressure of drainpipe facilities of a lower deformed pipe and the standard type pipe at respective upper and lower positions is obtained and the standard deviation of the drainpipe internal pressure of the drainpipe facilities of the lower deformed pipe is predicted from the difference value and the predicted standard deviation of the drainpipe facilities of the standard pipe.
