摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the collapse of the contour shape of a product by extruding an inorg. material composed of a cement compound from an extruder to mold a product having a predetermined cross-sectional shape and uniformly supplying ultra-fast-curing cement to the surface of the molded body immediately after this extrusion molding to apply an embossed pattern thereto by a press. CONSTITUTION:A cement compound 1 consisting of cement, silicious raw material, a calcareous raw material, a reinforcing fiber and a necessary amount of water is extruded from an extruder 2 to mold a plate-shaped body and, immediately after this extrusion molding, ultra-fast-curing cement 3 is scattered over the surface of the extrusion molded product G by a scattering apparatus. Thereafter, an embossed pattern is applied to the molded product by an embossing press plate 4 having a brick-like longitudinal and lateral embossed pattern. The surface shape of the product after emboss-pressing has longitudinal and lateral joints having a clear contour and definite depth.

Subsequently, the emitting product G is received by a transfer belt 6 made of a felt equipped with a dehydrating suction box 5 and finally shaped by a shaping roll 7 while dehydrated and received by a pallet to be transferred to a curing process. The cross-sectional shape of the product is formed so as to precisely coincide with the shape of the emitting orifice of the raw material supply pipe 3.

In addition, a deaeration hole 4 communicating with the filter 2 is drilled in the main plate system 1A, and thus it is possible to form a deep embossed pattern with sharply carved profile by deaerating air from the die during a press operation.
