    • PURPOSE: To secure handling performance and constructing performance and completely prevent the deformation of a vacuum insulator after evacuation by sewing a laminated body in the state of being compressed in the laminated direction to the density withstanding atmospheric pressure to vacuum, with a string, formed of material decomposed by gasification at the specific temperature or lower in the air, piercing in the thickness direction. CONSTITUTION: A laminated body 3 formed by alternately laminating a large number of metallic foil 1 with a low heat radiation rate and silica group inorganic fiber sheets 2 is compressed in the laminated direction to the density withstanding atmospheric pressure to vacuum and in this compressed state sewn with a thread, formed of material decomposed by gasification at 500 deg.C or less in the air, piercing in the thickness direction to form a filler for a vacuum insulator. Since the laminated body formed by alternately laminating a large number of metallic foil 1 with a low heat radiation rate and silica group inorganic fiber sheets 2 is sewn with the string 4 in the compact state, the laminated body 3 is integrated by this string 4, and handling performance and constructing performance are secured.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a structure for a vacuum heat insulating wall containing inorganic fibers or powder as heat insulating material which has sufficient resistance for atmospheric pressure, and enables speedy and easy evacuation treatment. CONSTITUTION:Heat insulating material composed of inorganic fibers or inorganic powder 5 is sealed in a heat insulating wall 1 in a compaction state. Then, an inside of the heat insulating wall 1 is evacuated into the vacuum heat insulating wall 1. Supporters 4...4 are arranged and charged at proper positions in the powder heat insulating material 5, being in contact with inner surfaces of the heat insulating wall 1, which supporters 4...4 are each prepared by charging inorganic hollow particulates 3 in a seal-in body 2 made of nonwoven fabric of silica-derived inorganic fiber, and each has width equal to an inner width of the heat insulating wall 1. The supporters 4...4 provides the heat insulating wall 1 with resistance for atmospheric pressure, for preventing recessed deformation accompanied with evacuation. Circulation is assisted at the time of evacuation by means of the inorganic hollow particulates 3 composing the supporters 4...4.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulative body easy manufacturable and having a high order of heat insulativeness by impregnating a rock wool with organic binder, tirning it into a plate with a specific pressure, and turning the organic binder into pyrolyzed gas. CONSTITUTION:A vessel is provided having a heat insulative wall 1, and the front and rear surfaces of a plate consisting of rock wool are impregnated with a resin, for example phenol resin. The resultant in the form of a mat impregnated is compressed with a pressurizing force over 2kgf/cm , hardened by compaction press into a density of 0.4-0.7g/cm , and turned into a plate 2A. This plate 2A is inserted into the wall 1 provided with an opening 3, which is blocked by welding after the inside is filled densely. The vessel obtained is put in a baking furnace 4 and heated at 400 deg.C for 1.5hr, and the phenol resin is baked and gasified, and after the gas is exhausted by suction, the inside of the insulative space is evacuated to under 0.1Torr. Thereby a heat insulated vessel is easily produced which excels in the heat insulativeness.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulating material which is excellent in the heat insulating property, in particular, the heat insulating property against heat radiation, and excellent in the pressure resistance by alternately laminating a plurality of inorganic fiber sheets where the binder is uniformly diffused and metallic foils with small heat radiation ratio, and packing the lamination in the thickness direction to perform the integration through the binder. CONSTITUTION:The glass wool sheet consisting of the glass fiber is used as the inorganic fiber sheet 1, and the aluminum foil is used as the metallic foil 2 respectively, the water soluble binder 3 is uniformly coated on the face side and the back side of the aluminum foil, and, e.g. thirty inorganic fiber sheets 1 and twenty-nine metallic foils 2 are alternately laminated so that the outermost layer may be the inorganic fiber sheet 1. Before the water soluble binder 3 is dried, the lamination is pressed in the thickness direction using a flat press 5 so as to be packed, and the laminated body 4 is integrated through the hardening of the binder 3. This constitution provides the heat insulating material with extremely large strength, and with the excellent heat insulating property, in particular, the heat insulating property against the heat radiation.

    • PURPOSE:To quickly discharge residual gas and to reduce the compressive deformation of an inorganic fiber sheet by alternately stacking a previously compression molded inorganic fiber sheet and a metal foil having a small radiation rate, and boring many gas circulating holes biased from each other in the metal foil. CONSTITUTION:A filler 4 for heat insulation is interposed between an inner wall 2 and an outer wall 3 in a vacuum insulator 1. In this case, the filler 4 is formed by alternately stacking an inorganic fiber sheet 5 previously compression-molded to the density having pressure tightness to the air pressure and suitable metal foils 7a, 7b having a small radiation rate. Many gas circulating holes 9a, 9b are bored horizontally and vertically in the respective metal foils 7a, 7b. The respective circulating holes 9a, 9b opposite to each other through the inorganic fiber sheet 5 are positioned in such a manner as to be biased not to overlap each other. A vacuum exhaust port 10 is bored in the outer wall 3. Thus, residual gas 11 can be discharged quickly and the compressive deformation of the inorganic fiber sheet 5 after vacuum exhaust can be reduced.
