    • PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of engine stall by automatically releasing pressurizing of a fuel press-feeding means, and improving startability of an engine. CONSTITUTION:A fuel tank 2 of a diesel engine 1 is communicated with a fuel injection pump 6 through a fuel supply pipe 3, a fuel filtrator 4 and a feed pump 5. The feed pump 5 is driven by the diesel engine 1, and fuel in the fuel tank 2 is forcedly fed and supplied to the fuel injection pump 6. A fuel supply pipe 3 arranged between the feed pump 5 and the fuel injection pump 6 is connected to an accumulator 7 having a pressurizing means for pressurizing fuel and a holding means for holding the pressurizing means in a pressurizing preparation state H in a parallel manner. When the diesel engine 1 is started, the pressurizing means is operated from the pressurizing preparation state H to a pressurizing state S, for increasing the fuel press-feeding pressure in the fuel supply pipe 3 to a starting pressure Ps. During normal driving, the pressurizing means is operated to a pressurizing releasing state N, for lowering the fuel press-feeding pressure to a set value Pn.

    • PURPOSE:To get rid of any local wear on an input surface of a governor shaft and thereby improve the extent of durability by constituting an orthogonal action surface of a governor weight so as to be shifted to an eccentric position in a way of separating from a turning shaft center of a weight driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:A weight support part 2 is installed tight in a weight driving shaft 1 of an engine E. A governor shaft 6 is supported on a shaft center part 7 of this weight driving shaft 1 free of rotation and movements. A governor weight 3 is supported on the weight support part 2 free of rocking motion. Then, a rocking shaft center 5 of the governor weight 3 is installed in a turning shaft center 7 of the weight driving shaft 1 in a noncrossing orthogonal form. A plane being orthogonal with the rocking shaft center 5 of the governor weight 3 and comprising an output part 4 of this governor weight 3 is imagined as an orthogonal action surface 8. This orthogonal action surface 8 is shifted to an eccentric position separated from the turning shaft center 7 of the weight driving shaft 1. Wear in an input surface 12 of the governor shaft 6 is dispersed over an overall length in the circumferential direction. Thus, any wear in the input surface of the governor shaft is eliminated and its durability is heightened enough.

    • PURPOSE:To quickly prevent the overheat of an engine and eliminate the seizure of the engine by lifting the float of a reservoir tank to the abnormal liquid level into contact with an engine overheat detecting means to operate it when the engine is going to be overheated. CONSTITUTION:When a Diesel engine E is going to be overheated, a cooling liquid in a radiator 1 is expanded to open the pressure valve 13 of a pressure cap 2, it continuously flows into the tank chamber 5 of a reservoir tank 3, and a float 6 is abnormally lifted beyond the upper limit B of the proper liquid area A. The lifted float 6 closes the mouth section 16 of the reservoir tank 3 to prevent the cooling water from flooding, and it presses a pressure input section 18 and closes the normally opened switch 22 of an engine overheat detecting means 7. When the switch 22 is turned on, an electric circuit 20 is excited, the solenoid 23 of an engine overheat preventing means is operated, the injection rack 26 of a fuel injection pump 25 is moved to the no-injection position, and an engine E is automatically stopped.

    • PURPOSE:To improve start-up performance of an engine at the time of starting operation by arranging a fuel regulator which is operated projectably by lubricating oil pressure of the engine corresponding to the oscillating range of a spring lever in a governor device. CONSTITUTION:A control rack 6 is regulated in its movement by balance of a governor force (G) acting to a fork lever 17 and spring force (S) of a governor spring 9 acting to a spring lever 18. In a governor device 1, a fuel regulator (L) is projected from the light side wall 10 of a gear case 15 toward the spring lever 18. The spring lever 18 is stopped by the fuel regulator (L), so that only the fork lever 17 is transfered forcibly toward a fuel increasing side by spring force of a start spring 11 at the time of starting of an engine. The fuel regulator (L) consists of a retractable spring type single acting hydraulic cylinder 21, and advance quantity of a projection part 28 is controlled by controlling solenoid valves 25, 26 provided with a lubricating oil flow-in passage 23 and a lubricating oil flow-out passage 24 communicating respectively with an oil pressure chamber 22 of the cylinder 21.
