    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure receiving plate for an anchoring method, which makes a root grow easily into soil from an opening provided in a ground-contact bottom plate part of the pressure receiving plate, and enables the promotion of growth of trees and plants, when the pressure receiving plate is brought into pressure contact with a slope face via an anchor member even on low-strength natural ground. SOLUTION: The pressure receiving plate for the anchoring method is equipped with the ground-contact bottom plate part 3 which is brought into free contact with the slope face F, an anchor inserting part 5 which is formed in the plate part 3 so that the anchor member 4 can be inserted thereinto, an anchor locking part 6 which is formed in the inserting part 5 so that the anchor member 4 can be locked thereto, and a peripheral vertical reinforcing plate part 7 which is installed in a standing manner along a peripheral part of the plate part 3. The pressure receiving plate is constituted so that the slope face F can be brought into pressure contact by using the anchor member 4 locked to underground. A cylindrical body 10 is provided in such a manner as to protrude below an undersurface of the plate part 3, which is provided with the opening 3a communicating with a hollow inside 10d of the cylindrical body 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure receiving plate for an anchoring method, which can establish proper compatibility between a planting function and a function of the pressure receiving plate for a slope face. SOLUTION: The pressure receiving plate for the anchoring method is provided with a ground-contact bottom plate part 3 which is brought into free contact with the slope face F, an anchor inserting part which is formed in the plate part 3 so that an anchor member can be inserted thereinto, an anchor locking part which is formed in the anchor inserting part so that the anchor member can be locked thereto, and a peripheral vertical reinforcing plate part 7 which is installed in a standing manner along a peripheral part of the plate part 3. The plate part 3 is provided with a weep hole 22 forming a communication passage 21 for making a recess 20, which is surrounded by the plate parts 3 and 7, communicate with the outside. The pressure receiving plate is constituted so that the slope face F can be brought into pressure contact by using the anchor member locked to underground. A recess-side inlet 23 and an outside outlet 24 of the communication passage 21 of the plate part 3 are displaced with respect to each other in a bottom plan view so as to be formed into the weep hole 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent local deformation of a joint part by making a cylindrical joint part joined to a beam have a larger pipe thickness than the column main bodies connected to the upper and lower sides of the joint part, and disposing a diaphragm on the inner surface side of the joint part opposite to a beam flange disposed in the joint part. SOLUTION: The pipe thickness of a joint part is made larger than the column part 2, and the inner circumferential surface of the joint part has a circular section, so that the yield strength held as a joint part can be secured. In this case, a diaphragm 5 is inserted in the inner circumferential surface of the joint part, and especially the local deformation of the joint part can be held down to the minimum against the reduction change of diameter of the section of the joint part. Accordingly, lowering of rigidity of the frame of a structure can be effectively prevented. As the local yield strength of the joint part is determined by the local buckling on the compression side, the diaphragm 5 prevents the local buckling of the joint part. Thus, the structure of the joint part can be simplified to reduce the occurrence of local deformation of the joint part, and furthermore, it is possible to obtain a steel-pipe column 1 having a high economical efficiency.

In this case, the diaphragm 5 is inserted from an opening of the joint part 3, the second fitting surface is internally fitted to the first fitting surface, and fillet welding extending from the diaphragm to the inner surface of the joint part 3 is performed in several portions to prevent shifting. Thus, the diaphragm 5 is simply fitted to the joint part 5, the local deformation of the joint part 3 can be surely decreased from the early stage of deformation, and the local yield strength can be improved.

One of the steel pipes 2 is built in the ground, and after the connecting member 5 is fitted inside at its upper edge 4, the lower edge 3 of the other steel pipe 2 is engaged with it and the contacting parts of the steel pipes 2, 2 are deposited. It is thus possible to complete the connecting work of the steel pipe pile 1.
