摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the oil composition having excellent corrosion prevention by mixing a mineral oil-based solvent having specific kinetic viscosity and a refined mineral oil-containing based oil with an alkaline earth metal sulfonate, an oxidized wax Ba salt, a lanolin fatty acid ester and a benzotriazole. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. of a mineral oil-based solvent (e.g. paraffinic mineral oil-based solvent) having 1-3mm /s kinetic viscosity at 40 deg.C is mixed with 20-40 pts.wt. fo a refined oil (e.g. paraffinic refined mineral oil) having 10-40mm /s kinetic viscosity at 40 deg.C to give a mixed oil as a base oil. The mixed oil is blended, based on the total of a composition, with (A) 5-25wt.% of an alkaline earth metal sulfonate (e.g. neutral barium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate), (B) 1-15wt.% of an oxidized wax Ba salt (e.g. oxidized paraffin barium salt), (C) 3-15wt.% of a lanolin fatty acid ester and (D) 0.01-5wt.% of a benzotriazole (derivative) to give the anti-corrosive oil composition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it easy to lubricate completely a part supported by a bearing, by forming a thick part and a thin part at an edge part of a shaft supported with a bearing and by forming one of these circumferential face in a taper-shape due to the mutual difference in the amt. of shrinkage at an injection molding. CONSTITUTION:When a shaft 11 is injection-molded, a thin part 14b of a part of larger diameter 14 of one end shrinks inside. The influence on a thick part 14a is larger, as the thick part is closer to the thin part 14b. On the outer circumferential face of the part 14 of larger diameter after molding, the apex side thereof becomes a thin taper-shape. At the other edge part, both parts of larger diameter 16 and smaller diameter 17 shrink, but the amt. of shrinkage of the part of larger diameter is larger than that of the part of smaller diameter. Therefore, a part of the part of the smaller diameter 17 close to the part of larger diameter 16 more shrinks and on the outer circumferential face of the part of smaller diameter 17, the apex side thereof becomes a thick taper- shape. As the outer circumferential faces of the taper-shaped parts of larger diameter 14 and smaller diameter 17 of the shaft 12 are supported by cylindrial bearing faces 18 and 20, it is easy to lubricate completely and the lubricating characteristics can be improved.

SOLUTION: Related to grease for a rolling bearing for high temperature, high-speed rotation, and high load, lubricating base oil containing at least poly αolefin synthetic oil or diphenyl ether synthetic oil is added with an urea inflator and organic molybdenum compound. The grease for the rolling bearing for high temperature, high-speed rotation, and high load is sealed in the grease- sealed rolling bearing for high temperature, high-speed rotation, and high load. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. of a light refined mineral oil (e.g. parafinic light refined mineral oil) having 4-10mm /s kinetic viscosity at 40 deg.C is mixed with 20-40 pts.wt. of a refined oil (e.g. paraffinic refined mineral oil) having 18-40mm2/s kinetic viscosity at 40 deg.C give a mixed oil as a base oil. The mixed oil is blended, based on the total of a composition, with (A) 5-25wt.% of neutral barium sulfonate, (B) 1-15wt.% of a partial ester of sorbitan and a 10-22C fatty acid (e.g. sorbitan monoisostearate) and (C) 0.1-1.0wt.% of a phenolic antioxidant (e.g. 2,6-di-t-butyl-p-cresol) to give the composition having 10-20mm /s kinetic viscosity at 40 deg.C, excellent lubricating properties, load resistance, torque stability and corrosion prevention.
