SOLUTION: A magnetic material composed of Mn-Zn type ferrites and Ni-Zn type ferrites and meteoric stones are mixed, molded and backed to compose. When an electromagnetic wave absorber is set near a place radiating electromagnetic waves, the electromagnetic waves of going to pass the magnetic body is absorbed by the electromagnetic wave absorber and converted into a thermal energy, the electromagnetic wave absorber contains meteoric stones and has a function for recovering the wave levels lowered by harmful electromagnetic waves at a living body life field, thereby avoiding the effect on the living bodies, the electromagnetic wave absorber is molded into a body of 20 mm diameter, 2 mm thick and fixed to a radio wave radiating part of a portable telephone, and the leakage of the electromagnetic waves from the electromagnetic wave absorber can be mostly absorbed at an absorption efficiency of 99% or more at 157000 Hz.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compact an oxygen treatment device and improve reliability of an oxygen injection rate, by injecting gaseous oxygen generated in condensate or feed water in a plan in which a power generator or a steam generator is arranged. SOLUTION: Gaseous oxygen injectors 7, 12 are arranged in the gaseous oxygen injecting part 6 of a condensing zone and the gaseous oxygen injecting part 11 of a feed water zone in an electric power plan having a turbine 1, a condenser 2 and a condensate pump 3. When water is electrolyzed, gaseous oxygen is generated in a plus electrode, and gaseous hydrogen is generated in a minus electrode in the gaseous oxygen injectors 7, 12, and only the gaseous oxygen generated from the plus electrode is mixed into circulating water in the electric power plant. Thus, about 30 to 150ppb of gaseous oxygen in circulating water in the electric power plant is injected into feed water in the outlet of a deaerator in the rear of a condensate demineralizer 5 by electrolysis, thereby passive state oxidized oxide is generated in steel-based condensate and feed water piping, and scale and a deposit stuck to boiler tubes can be effectively inhibited.
