Thus, about 30 to 150ppb of gaseous oxygen in circulating water in the electric power plant is injected into feed water in the outlet of a deaerator in the rear of a condensate demineralizer 5 by electrolysis, thereby passive state oxidized oxide is generated in steel-based condensate and feed water piping, and scale and a deposit stuck to boiler tubes can be effectively inhibited.
