    • PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for taking vehicles in and out by providing multistage rotary type parking floors on which automobiles can be radially parked, and also disposing an elevator at the center portion of a structure, and causing each floor to be raised or lowered and rotated simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:Multistage floors 5 are formed within an underground structure 1 or a ground structure and a parking floor 4 having a rotary drive device is provided on each of the floors 5. An elevator 2 is provided at the center of the structure 1 so that users can enter and exit via the support 21 of the elevator 2. A transfer device is provided on the side of the elevator 2 or the structure 1 so that automobiles can be transferred between the support 21 and each floor 4. The rotary drive device of each floor 4 is actuated by control using computers according to the position of each automobile to be taken in and out relative to that of the elevator 2 and each automobile is taken in and out at a desired position. Thereby efficiency in the taking in and out of the automobiles can be enhanced and also a number of automobiles can be parked radially and also it is made possible to freely choose from which direction the automobiles are taken out.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landfilling treatment method for waste capable of performing not only the reclamation of a pit section next performing landfilling treatment without being affected by the weather by forming a roof for covering a unit landfilling pit and pit sections but also the landfilling work of waste even during the transfer arrangement of the roof. SOLUTION: Unit landfilling pit sections 1a-1c are formed and the section 1a is reclaimed to form the landfilling pit 2a and the roof 3 for covering the upper parts of the landfilling pit 2a and the pit section 1b adjacent to the pit 2a is arranged so as to be capable of being transferred. Waste 4 is fed in the landfilling section 2a to fill the pit 2a and the reclamation of the adjacent pit section 1b is performed and, after the waste 4 fed in the landfilling pit 2a to fill the pit 2a is covered with soil 5, the roof 3 is transferred to be arranged above the reclaimed pit 2b and the pit section 1c adjacent thereto to successively and repeatedly perform landfilling and unit landfilling.
