    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vibration of a frame and an optical element without increasing the rigidity or weight of components by providing a vibration reduction member nearby a vibration position in a laser exposure device which is excited by an optical deflecting means. SOLUTION: A rib 10b for reinforcement is provided in the outer edge part of the frame and the vibration reduction member 21 formed in a plate shape on the top surface of the corner of the rib is fitted tightly to the plate-shaped corner part through a fitting member 21a by using an adhesive, etc. A resin material which is close in rigidity to an object position is used for the vibration reduction member 21 and the length, width, and thickness of the plate shape are so set that primary and secondary natural vibration frequencies are close to that at the object position. For operation, plural plate-shaped vibration reduction members 21 which are different in size are prepared, the corner parts are fitted to specific places through the fitting member 21a, and an observed member which has the largest vibration at operation time is selected and determined. This vibration reduction member 21 is thus provided to reduce the vibration at the position A of the frame 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the relative positional deviation due to the environmental temperature change by fixing a plurality of respective semiconductor lasers by the specific part where compression stresses are applied to two or three positions of the outer peripheries of the lasers in holding holes in an image exposure apparatus for image exposing the lasers as light sources. SOLUTION: In the image exposure apparatus for image exposing a recording medium by two raster scanning via two semiconductor lasers LD1, the respective LD1 are contained in a holding hole 11a provided at a temperature regulating metal member (radiating plate) 11 made of plate-like excellent thermal conductivity copper, copper alloy or aluminum as a material. The lasers are fixed in the hole 11a by the specific part where compression stresses are applied to two (or three) positions. That is, an intermediate fixing member 12 formed of excellent thermal conductivity copper, copper alloy or aluminum material is provided at the position of the specific part where the stresses are applied, thereby preventing the relative positional deviation due to the temperature change of the circumference.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of the reliability of a heat development image forming device by discharging a photosensitive sheet and an image receiving sheet remaining at a conveying part to a discharging port when the abnormality of a development temp. is detected and stopping a series of a heat image forming operation. CONSTITUTION:A temp. monitoring part 701 receives a measured temp. data from a controller 340 and always measures the temp. of a belt 330. The abnormality discrimination means 702 receives a temp. monitoring signal from the temp. monitoring part 701 and if it is not in warming-up or cooling the belt temp. and is not in the prescribed allowable temp. range, the abnormality is warned. When the notice of the abnormality is conducted, the working prohibition means 703 prohibits the operations of pickup parts 20, 23 an exposure part 22 and a registering part 27 and also when a photosensitive sheet and an image receiving sheet remain in the device, the sheet detecting means 704 instructs a paper ejecting control means 706 and they are forced to be discharged from the first discharging port 39. Thus the reliability of the device is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To prolong the service life of a driving means and to make the density of an obtained picture uniform by connecting a driving roller to a driving means via a heat insulation structure. CONSTITUTION:One end 41 of the driving roller 15 is protruded out of a heat development part 40. The heat development part 40 is a double-structure consisting of inside and outside frames 42 and 43. The inside frame 42 supports the driving roller 15, and the outside frame 43 is covered with a heat insulating material 46 which prevents the heat of the area 44 inside the heat development part 40 from being transferred to the area 45 outside the part 40, and vice versa. The driving roller 15 is supported by the inside frame 42 through a bearing 47. A bush 48, which supports the driving roller 15, is fixed between the inside and outside frames 42 and 43. A gear 50 is fitted to the one end of the driving roller 15 via a heat insulating member 49. Since the driving roller 15 is connected to a motor 16 via the heat insulation structure formed with the heat insulating member 49, the heat of a heat roller 12, which is required for heat development, is not transmitted to the motor 16, and long service life of the driving means and uniform image-density can be achieved.

    • PURPOSE:To miniatualize a device, to reduce cost, to prevent temperature from lowering when plural photosensitive materials are passed, and to eliminate the unevenness of density by providing a control means setting the temperature of heating means in the vicinity of an entrance to a heat developing part to be higher than other heating means. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with the control means 29 setting the temperature of the heating means 7 - 9 in the vicinity of the entrance to the heat developing part 5 to be higher than the other heating means 10 - 13. Since the temperature of the heating means 7 - 9 in the vicinity of the heat developing part 5 is thus high, energy required for development can be rapidly supplied to the photosensitive material 3 and an image receiving material 2 overlappd each other. Therefore, a distance in a bus line direction can be shortened, the device can be miniatualized, and the cost can be reduced. Moreover, when the photosensitive materials 3 are consecutively passed, the temperature in the vicinity of the heat developing part 5 can be prevented from lowering, and the unevenness of the density is eliminated from the photosensitive material 3.

    • PURPOSE:To assure the sure stripping and separating of photosensitive and image receiving sheets by providing non-mating parts which prevent the sheets from overlapping on the other in the respective front ends of the photosensitive and image receiving sheets in such a manner that these parts exist on the side opposite to each other. CONSTITUTION:The sheets 1, 2 are nearly the same in width and the front end parts are formed with the non-mating part 1a on the right side facing the front end of the sheet 1 and the non-mating part 2a on the left side of the sheet 2 in such a manner that these parts exist respectively on the side opposite to each other. These two sheets are passed between a roller 4 and a roller 5 when the transfer by heat development ends. The non-mating parts 1a and 2a of the respective sheets are guided by guides 7 and 8 in the directions parting from each other. The sheets are transported by the pressing forces of the rollers 4, 5 and the non-mating parts 1a and 2a are respectively crimped by the rollers 3, 4 and the rollers 5, 6. The front ends of the superposed parts pass the rollers 4, 5 in such a manner and the two sheets are transported in the direction opposite to each other, by which the two sheets are surely stripped.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the distance between a bar-like light source and LCD and thereby protect LCD against the thermal effects of a light source by providing an optical system which condenses light from each bar-like light source in a vertical direction against the longitudinal direction of the bar-like light source and guides the condensed light to an LCD array. CONSTITUTION:Each one of convergent optical systems 5-1, 5-2, 5-3 installed between bar-like light sources 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 and LCD2 capture the scattered light from the bar-like light sources 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 at a broad opening. This captured light is converged and projected to LCD2. Consequently, the distance between the bar-like light sources 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 and LCD2 can be increased so that the thermal effects of the light sources 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 upon LCD2 are blocked. At the same time, a higher intensity of light can be projected to LCD2 compared to the light intensity when the distance is short, in spite of the fact that the distance is long.
