Then, in the reassembling process, a shutter speed inspection is executed as the actuation inspection of lens and shutter units, so that the function of the driving system of the film unit with the lens is inspected altother.

Thus, the sticking position of the recording sheet 3 to the center core 1 can be made correct.

At this time, it is preferable that a second neon tube lighting detecting part 15 is arranged just after the film loading process 12 as well and when the lighting of the neon tube is detected, the partially fabricated item is ejected from the conveyer for removing 16.

SOLUTION: An unexposed film F is cut out. The unexposed film F having a prescribed length is taken up like a roll and one end of the unexposed film F is attached to a spool 107. Then, the unexposed film F taken up like the roll is loaded in the unexposed roll chamber of a unit main body and the complete cartridge is loaded in the cartridge chamber of the unit main body as well. Then, a light shielding cover is fitted to the unit main body.

Further, the main motor may be connected in parallel between a former process and a rear process, and a double clutch may be provided in the past process.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a film with a shading lid opened after loading the film into a cartridge chamber by opening a cartridge shading door via the contact of the side wall of an arm part at one side with the side wall of a cylindrical projection. SOLUTION: A shading door drive member 13 is lifted to such an extent as not releasing engagement with a shading door open/close member 11, and turned in a counterclockwise direction. Also, an arm part 13c is made to pass above a cylindrical projection 12c. As a result, the gear 11b of the shading door open/close member 11 turns in a clockwise direction, and the shading lid of a cartridge C is released on the turning motion of an engagement part 11a. In addition, the shading door drive member 13, when manually pushed and then released, comes to have the side wall of the arm part 13c at one side in contact with the side wall of the cylindrical projection 12c of a winding knob 12, due to the energization force of a tension spring 14. Thus, the shading lid of the cartridge C cannot be closed. A jig is used to release engagement between a reversal prevention tooth and the finger holding tip 12b of the winding knob 12, and the winding knob 12 is rotated in a reverse direction. As a result, a film F is fed and taken up in a scroll chamber.

The frame 12d is fitted in a square through-hole 11b provided in the decorative member 11. Thus, even in the case the decorative member 11 is made glossy or colored to have an easy-to-reflect appearance, when only the circumferences of the through-holes 12a and 12c are made matt, influence on a finder optical system is prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE: To take up film to a take-up spool without deforming the leading edge of the film, especially, to take up even the film having no perforation at its edge by taking up the film while sucking the leading edge of the film to a suction hole by taking the air in from the hollow hole of the take-up spool. CONSTITUTION: The suction hole 1b for sucking the film pierces the take-up part 1a for taking up the film of the take-up spool 1, and the hollow hole 1c is formed at a shaft center. Since the suction hole 1b and the hollow hole 1c communicate with each other, the air is taken in from the hollow hole 1c through the suction hole 1b. By using the spool 1 and taking the air in from the hollow hole 1c of the spool 1, the film is taken up while sucking the leading edge of the film to the suction hole 1b. Thus, the film is taken up to the spool 1 without having the perforation at the leading edge of the film caught by pawls nor bending the leading edge of the film.
