    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize a cylinder, by coupling hooking parts and arms placed at both sides of a truck bed by means of coupling pin, by coupling the arms and hooking parts by means of a cylinder for dumping, and by connecting the arms with a dross pot through the use of a pin and peroforation. CONSTITUTION:Arms 2 and hooking parts 7 hooked in a trunnion are coupled through the use of a coupling pin 8, and the hooking parts 7 and arms 2 are coupled by a cylinder 9 for dumping. A perforation 8a is made at an axial center of the coupling pin 8, and a pin 10 is slidably inserted into the perforation. A hole 11 is made at the both sides of the pot 5 and at the place where the hole 11 corresponds to the pin 10 when a dross pot 5 is situated on a truck bed 3. And thus, after inserting the pin 10 into the hole, the dross pot 5 positioned on the truck bed 3 turns the arms 2 upside down by a revolving angle of the arms 2 with a hoist cylinder 4 extened, and consecutively the dumping can be performed with a cylinder 9 for dumping extended. This format causes the construction to be simplifed and permits the cylinder for dumping to be miniaturized.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insolubilization method of a toxic material which can prevent a lowering of the ground strength without inhibiting an insolubilization reaction. SOLUTION: An insolubilization agent is added in situ as an insolubilization agent slurry to the ground contaminated with the toxic material. When the insolubilization material is added, a polymer material having the nonionicity and also the water absorbency is loaded with together the insolubilization agent. Concretely, when the toxic material is a cyan or its compound, Fe 2 SO 4 can be used as the insolubilization agent and a nonionic polymer coagulant of a polyacrylamido group can be used as the polymer material. When the polymer material is the nonionic polymer coagulant, its concentration is preferably 0.1-2%.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce the concentrations of volatile organic chlorine compounds at a low cost even when their initial concentrations are high.
      SOLUTION: A device 1 for treating organic chlorine compounds is composed of a treatment tank 2 which has an airtight structure and of which the inside is partitioned by a partition wall, a primary treatment tank 3 which is installed at one side of the partition wall 10 and stores polluted water containing the volatile organic chlorine compounds, a pair of electrodes, an anode 5a and a cathode 5b, arranged opposite to each other in the primary treatment tank, a power source 6 electrically connected to the anode 5a and the cathode 5b, a secondary treatment tank 4 which is installed at the other side of the partition wall 10 and stores primarily treated water which has been applied to electrolysis treatment in the primary treatment tank 3 and is transferred therefrom, an aeration pipe 7 which is an aeration means disposed in the secondary treatment tank, a blower 8 which is a means connected to the aeration pipe for feeding gas under pressure, and an activated carbon absorber 9 which is a collection and absorption means connected to the treatment tank 2.
