摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display system having high operability by preparing an information display device which shows the text data of a news number included in the news character information as a hypertext that is linked to the news character information which is specified by the news number. SOLUTION: A storage means 22 stores the news character information inputted from a receiving means 21 together with its news number. If the news character information of a specific news number that is read out of the means 22 by a control means 23 includes a control character string, a document conversion means 25 converts the news number shown by the control character string into an instruction of the hypertext. The means 25 also converts the news character information into an HTML document and outputs it to a buffer means 26 as a file. When this file is stored, the news number is shown by a display means 27 as a hypertext. When this hypertext is clicked by a mouse, a file that is set as the link destination of the hypertext is shown.
