摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce vacuum evacuation time by increasing evacuation conductance of a filter for preventing powder diffusion in a powder vacuum insulator. CONSTITUTION:A powder vacuum insulator 15 is formed in a space 14 between an outer vessel 12 and an inner vessel 13 so that it holds vacuum. An evacuation port 19 is provided to evacuate the space 14 to vacuum. A filter 17 for preventing powder diffusion having an aperture D2 larger than this evacuation port 19 is arranged in the space 14 so that it covers this evacuation port 19 at a position away from the evacuation port 19. By this, the aperture D2 of the filter 17 can be expended regardless of the aperture D1 of the evacuation port, whereby an evacuation conductance 2 of the filter 17 can be increased.

摘要： PURPOSE:To well absorb gas generated at brazing time without delay by previously applying a localized heating to the vicinity of a getter plate mounting part on a seal plate and then performing the brazing. CONSTITUTION:A seal plate 7, on which a getter material 5 is mounted in the center of a reverse side of an external vessel 3 and a brazing material 6 is mounted to the peripheral part, is placed on an exhaust port 2 of the external vessel 3. First the vicinity of a getter material mounting part in the seal plate 7 is locally heated by an electron beam 8. In this way, the getter material 5 is activated. Next, the vicinity of a brazing mounting part on the seal plate 7 is locally heated by the electron beam 8 to perform brazing. Here, the getter material 5 is already activated, so that gas, generated from a brazing material 6, is well absorbed by the getter material 5, and good heat insulating performance is maintained without contaminating a dust heat insulating material 4.
