摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant in a die with which a uniform lubrication film in the die having an excellent performance in a green compacting process can be formed without obstructing a smooth green compacting cycle, pressure in releasing the die can be reduced as well, releasing noise can be suppressed as far as possible, the inside face of the die and the surface of a green compact are not damaged, and a sintered product having excellent surface properties and appearance can be efficiently manufactured, and to provide a green compacting method. SOLUTION: The lubricant in the die for green compacting consists of a powdery resin containing at least one selected from the group consisting of a halogen element, a polymer of an Si element and cyano group-free olefinic monomer, polyamide, polyoxymethylene, a phenolic resin, an epoxy resin, a urea resin, a melamine resin, a urethane resin, and cellulose, and having a particle diameter of 0.05 to 80 μm. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mixture powder which can be formed into a high density and high strength compacted body by hot forming method, by adding a lubricant comprising a fatty acid ester, hydrocarbon wax and lithium stearate by a specified proportion to the source material for powder metallurgy. SOLUTION: A lubricant comprising a fatty acid ester such as oleyl alcohol, a hydrocarbon wax such as natural paraffin wax, and lithium stearate are added and mixed in 1:(1 to 5):(1 to 10) ratio, by 0.01 to 0.3wt.%, 0.01 to 0.3wt.% and 0.01 to 0.6wt.%, respectively, to a metal powder as the source material for powder metallurgy. Further, a styrene butadiene rubber or ethylene glycol distearate is added as a binder by 0.02 to 0.5wt.% of the powder source material for powder metallurgy. Thus, a compacted formed body for powder metallurgy having an excellent density and strength can be obtd. by warm press forming at about 100 deg.C.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high-density moldings in a warm molding region by using a lubricant for warm molding contg. polymer powder having a softening point lower than the max. value of a set preheating temp. and a solid lubricant and specifying the melt viscosity of the polymer powder in the max. value of preheating temp. SOLUTION: For example, the max. value of the preheating temp. is set at 150 deg.C and polyethylene oxide of >=1,000 centipoises in the melt viscosity at this temp. and lithium stearate as a solid lubricant capable of maintaining a solid phase at this temp. or above are selected, thereby constituting the lubricant for warm molding. The lubricant for warm molding is composed by using such polymer and lubricant. If the warm molding is executed at 150 deg.C by using the resultant lubricant, the preheating temp. and the warm molding temp. may be made the same. The melt viscosity does not sharply drop with this polymer powder even if the temp. exceeds the softening point and, therefore, the setting of the preheating temp. within this range is possible. In addition, the sharp degradation of the lubricity does not arise even if the warm molding temp. is set by providing the temp. with a large difference to some extent.
