摘要： PURPOSE:To improve performance by forming a pressure chamber on the back part of a diaphragm provided on the contact part of the wall surface of a diffuser passage with a diffuser vane and making said diaphragm swell out toward said vane, to remove a gap toward said vane. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 11 made of an elastic material having a small friction coefficient such as a metal film, is provided on the contact part of the wall face back plate 5 of a diffuser passage 3 with a diffuser vane 6. A pressure chamber 12 is formed on the back side of the diaphragm 11, and pressure in a scroll part 4 is introduced into this pressure chamber 12 via a pressure introducing passage 13 provided through the back plate 5. Thereby, the diaphragm 11 is swelled out elastically pressing the diffuser vane 6 and, therefore, a gap 14a between the vane 6 and the diaphragm 11, i.e., the back plate 5, is rendered zero, while also rendering a gap 14b between the diffuser vane 6 and a casing 1 close to zero. As a result, the leakage of gaseous body from a gap can be prevented, improving performance.

First - fifth solenoid valves 42-46, a liquid level sensor 60, and a control means 61 are arranged at a detergent tank 31, a washing liquid tank 32, and first - fifth lines 37-41 through which injection nozzles 35 and 36 arranged pointing to the turbine compressor vane 34 are interconnected, and automatic washing is performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify and stabilize the control system of denitrification by providing a detecting device of physical quantity of fluid, a device for adjusting the flow rate and a computing element to control the adjusting device of the flow. CONSTITUTION:Temp. of intake air for combustion and the flow rate of fuel are detected prior to combustion with detectors 4, 6. These signals are sent to an arithmetic device 15 to read out the amt. of produced nitrogen oxides, from which the amt. of reducing agent required to remove the product is calculated. Then the controller valve 9 is adjusted according to this calculation to feed the required amt. of reducing agent to an exhaust pipe 7, and nitrogen oxides are reduced in a device 14 to remove oxides. Thereby, the controlling system can be stabilized and has improved reliability.
