    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting material of an A1 alloy plate by which the material can be predicted without the use of the A1 alloy plate of a product, and also an optimum manufacturing condition capable of manufacturing the A1 alloy plate of various kinds of material stably can be found promptly. SOLUTION: By calculating the structure of an A1 alloy casting piece after cast cooling by the calculation of a casting structure, by calculating the structure after the soaking of the casting piece by the calculation for a soaking structure, by calculating the structure after hot-rolling the casting piece by the calculation of a hot rolling structure, and the structure after the taking-up of a hot rolled plate is calculated by the calculation of a taking-up structure. the material of the A1 alloy plate of the product is predicted based on the quantity of crystallized materials calculated by the calculation of the above casting structure, the total quantity of precipitated materials which are the sum of an increment in the quantity of the precipitated materials calculated respectively by the calculation of the above casting structure, the calculation of the soaking structure, the calculation of the hot-rolling structure and the calculation of the taking-up structure, a crystalline particle diameter calculated by the calculation of the above hot rolling structure, and the dissolved quantity and the residual stress of an alloy element of the hot rolled plate calculated by the calculation of the above taking-up structure.
