SOLUTION: Inorganic salt having a polar group such as BaCl2 , CaCl2 , Ca(NO2 )2 , Ca(NO3 )2 , Ca(ClO)2 , K2 CO3 , KCl, MgCl2 , MgSO4 , NH4 BF4 , NH4 Cl, (NH4 )2 SO4 , Na2 CO3 , NaCl, NaClO3 , NaNO2 , NaNO3 , NaOH, Na2 S2 O3 , NaS2 O5 , HNO3 , H2 SO4 , H2 CO3 , HCl, etc., and solubility to water, is stuck to the pulverized fine coal in a dried state in the original coal having >=30 average HGI at a blowing hole of the metallurgical furnace or the combustion furnace.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the conveyability of pulverized fine coal by sticking a specified chemical on the pulverized fine coal made of raw coal having >=30 average HGI. SOLUTION: This specified chemical is composed of a water soluble organic compound having a polar group and the purpose for using this chemical is to reduce triboelectric charge quantity of the pulverized fine coal. Consequently, mutual sticking is the pulverized fine coal is prevented. By this method, the conveyability of the pulverized fine coal having >=30 average HGI and usually poor in conveyability is improved and a large amount convey is attained. The usable range in the kind of coal is extended. Further, since the fluidity of the pulverized fine coal is improved, the hanging and channeling in a hopper and clogging of the piping can be prevented. In the opration of a metallurgical furnace or a combustion furnace, the improver is added desirable at 0.01-10wt.% per the pulverized fine coal, and the pulverized fine coal added with the improver is blown from a blowing hole of the furnace in the drying condition.

CONSTITUTION:The good-quality lump coke CB having the excellent air permeability and liquid permeability is charged into th central part of an ore layer O and thereafter, the ordinary coke CA is charged around the coke CB in order to improve the air permeability in the furnace core part and to stabilize the furnace waves at the time of forming raw material layers by alternately charging the coke CA and the ore O from the blast furnace top. A relation rt>=0.03Rt is maintained between the radius Rt of the raw material layer in the furnace top part and the radius rt in the axial central part of the furnace and the ratio of the good-quality coke CB to be charged to the rt part is maintained at >=0.2% of the total coke quantity so that the ratio of the good-quality coke occupied in the furnace core coke C0 in the bottom part attains about >=5%.

SOLUTION: Carbonaceous material is adjusted so as to become the carbon content of 7-20 mass% of the total content of iron and zinc in the mixed raw material containing one or more kinds of dusts containing the iron oxide and zinc oxide and sufficient quantity of binder to combine the dust, and moisture is added, and this raw material is granulated into green pellet including the carbonaceous material. Successively, this granulated green pellet is dried and the dried pellet is charged into the sintering furnace and heated so as to be become 3-13 deg.C/sec temp. rising speed from 150 deg.C to 900 deg.C of this pellet mainly with the heat conduction of the radiation and the reduction of the zinc oxide and volatization of zinc are executed, and also the iron oxide is reduced.

Then, a charge coal is prepared by incorporating the resultant coarse non-caking coal in an amt. of 1-50wt.%, and coking of the charge coal is conducted. Representative examples of the binder to be used in converting the finely powdered coal to coarse grains include water, heavy oil, dextrin and an aq. PVA soln. The coke thus obtd. contains, in pore wall 2 forming the coke, 1-50wt.% texture 4 derived from the coarse non-caking coal with a grain size of 0.1-5mm.
