CONSTITUTION:The temporarily assembled column 1 and the corner parts of the diaphragm 5 of both ends are restricted on rotary face plates 6 and 7 of a positioner 10 for welding by the clamping members 26 via the spacer members 25. Although the column 1 held on the positioner 10 for welding is subjected to girth welding, since the abutted surfaces between the spacer members 25 and the corner parts of the diaphragm 5 are made into the tapered surfaces 25a, even if welding distortion is caused on the diaphragm 5, the distortion is released along the tapered surfaces 25a. Accordingly, it is prevented that the excessive stress is acted on each member of the spacer members 25 and the clamping members 26 and the generation of deformation and damage of each part is prevented surely.

    • PURPOSE:To reset a work tool into an original position with extreme accuracy without generating play by providing a reset means for supplying energizing force in the direction of the recessed part of an external force detecting member coinciding with the protruding part of an original position regulating member. CONSTITUTION:When external shock acts upon a work tool, an external force detecting means 3 moves in relation to an original position regulating member 2 while opposing the energizing force of a reset means (spring) 5 to absorb the external shock. When the factor of the external shock is removed after such shock absorbing action, the recessed part 3c of the external force detecting member 3 and the protruding part 2a of the original position regulating member 2 come to coincide with each other by the energizing force of the reset means 5. At this time, there is no clearance at all between the recessed part 3c of the external force detecting member 3 and the protruding part 2a of the original position regulating member 2, nor is play generated, so that the work tool is reset into the original position with extreme accuracy.

At this time, the nozzles are fitted smoothly into the coil springs by slowly driving the coil springs 3 and 4 to rotate in the nozzle tightening direction by the rotational driving source 5. In addition, even if the insertion positions of the nozzles into the coil springs are deviated slightly, the deviation can be easily followed by deformation or deflection of the coil springs. When the coil springs are driven to rotate after the nossles are fitted into the coil springs in this way, the rotational driving force is transmitted to the nozzles via the coil springs and the nozzles are removed from the welding torch main body 2.
