    • PURPOSE:To reduce pressure loss in a mixer by forming an air passage in the lower part of an impeller casing, which is in communication with the bottom of a tank, in such a way as parallelly with the shaft of the impeller and across the vane rotating position, and by inclining each vane force or aft viewed in the rotating direction. CONSTITUTION:Each vane 7 of an impeller 8 is formed inclined force or aft in the rotating direction. An air passage 5 is formed in the lower casing 13 in parallel approx. with the shaft of impeller 8 and in such a way as across the lower rotating position of each vane 7. Thereby the air flowing through this air passage 5 will pass straight the rotating position of vane 7, which can reduce the loss of air pressure within a mixer 1 concerned. Because of inclined vanes, part of the compartment at the periphery of the impeller will overlap with the impeller radial direction at all times to prevent isolation of compartments between by vanes, provide uniform flow, reduce the pressure loss, and accomplish prevention of the air passage from blockage.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce a construction period by constituting this excavation equipment of an excavation arm, a support arm having a soil-discharging means, screw conveyors in both arms, and both fixed and rotary casings and providing a taking-in means to an opening for taking-in soil. CONSTITUTION: This excavation equipment is constituted of a base machine 1, an excavation arm 3 of a cylindrical support arm 2, and a belt conveyor 4. The support arm 2 is supported by a revolving body 21 and a hydraulic cylinder 22 so as to rise and fall. Screw conveyors 23, 33 are disposed in both arms 2, 3 and respective pipes 25, 31 are fitted to be rotatable around the horizontal axis (a). The upper end of a rotary casing 35 of the excavation arm 3 and the conveyor 33 are supported at the lower end of the fixed casing 34 so as to be rotatable around an axis (b). Further, an opening 352 for taking-in soil is formed in the lower end rib 36 of the rotary casing 35. In this way, ground can be excavated even in a narrow space.

    • PURPOSE:To form improved columns to great depth by a method in which extending rods are successively joined as a stirring shaft is penetrated by means of a device capable of moving the extending rods to given connecting positions exactly, easily, and quickly. CONSTITUTION:A ground improver is provided with a leader 2, a stirring shaft 3, a vertical driver 5 for the stirring shaft, a rotary driver 4 for the stirring shaft, and an extending rod 6 for the stirring shaft. A pair of cylinders 71 and 72 are also provided around the horizontal shaft in relation to a base machine 1 and a grasper 73 to clutch the rod 6 is provided for the tip of the piston rod. The cylinders 71 and 72 are so regulated that the piston rods of the cylinders 71 and 72 can be moved from the storing position of the rod 6 to a position where the rod 6 can be connected with the shaft 3 coaxially in series.

    • PURPOSE:To form an improved column using usual stirring shafts by a method in which the stirring shaft is joined with extending rods. CONSTITUTION:One or two or more extending rods 6 for stirring shaft are provided in a vertically movable manner by a vertical moving drive 5. Flexible hoses 10 through which an improving agent is sent are inserted into the inner axial directions of these hoses 6 and the tips of the hoses 10 are rotatably attached to the periphery of a stirring shaft 3 on the position leading to an improving agent supply path 32 in relation to the upper end of the shaft 3. Connectors 91 and 92 to connect the shaft 3, and the rods 6 coaxially in series are also provided. The improved columns can thus be easily formed down to an optional depth by using the usual stirring shaft 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the execution of the end of an excavating groove by excavating while transferring the mounting position of a lateral cylinder in lateral direction and in order along a main frame and moving a vertical frame from one end of a horizontal member to the other end. SOLUTION: A head side rear end part 33a and a rod side top end part 33c of a lateral cylinder 33 installed on an upper horizontal member 22 are connected to or disconnected from the upper horizontal member 22 through multiple lock pins arranged on the upper horizontal member 22. Also, with either of the rod side top end part 33c and head side rear end part 33a of the lateral cylinder 33 connected to the upper horizontal member 22 of a main frame 21, a rod 33b is telescoped. A lateral cylinder 36 installed on a lower horizontal member 23 in the same structure is interlocked to the lateral cylinder 33. By this, with the upper and lower horizontal members 22 and 23 of the main frame 21 used as a guide, a leader is moved slidably in lateral direction along the main frame 21. Thus replacing work can be performed easily and in a short time, and the execution at the end of an excavating groove becomes easier.
