摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a superior heat-resistance, a high flame diminishing performance and enable passage of combustible gas at high flow rate with a safe and single quenching element by a method wherein the quenching element is made of heat-resistant ceramic porous material having some contious voids. CONSTITUTION:As heat-resistance ceramic material to be used in a quenching element, CaO, MgO, SnO2, ZnO, SiO2, Al2O3, ZrO2 and TiO2 are utilized. Ceramic powder has a particle diameter of 20mum or less in order to facilitate sintering during its baking work, organic porous material is distributed and kneaded with water to form plastic soft clay. This clay is formed into a certain shape, dried to form a green body, the green body is preliminary heated and the porous forming material is ignited and oxidized, thereafter the material is baked at such a temperature as one capable of being baked and then a porous sintered material having some communicating holes with narrow distribution of porous diameter is attained. This sintered material is formed as the flame diminishing element 4. With such an arrangement, the quenching element of large-sized sintered material for high flow rate with a less pressure loss can be easily attained. The quenching element 4 is foxed and engaged with a hollow part 2 within each of an inlet port member 10 and an outlet port member 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the decomposition efficiency, reduce the fuel cost and disposal cost, and improve operability by guiding and filling the detonating mixed gas containing the oxidizing gas into a pressure-proof detonation wave tube from one end section, guiding and filling the gas containing a decomposition-resistant toxic halide from the other end section, and igniting the detonating mixed gas for detonation. CONSTITUTION:A detonating mixed gas guide pipe 2 is connected to one end side of a detonation wave tube 1, and an ignition plug 6 is fixed near its pole. The detonating mixed gas guide pipe 2 is connected to a mixing chamber 21 connected with the pipe 27 of a flammable gas source 7 and the pipe 28 of a supporting gas source 8. A halide-containing gas guide pipe 3 and an exhaust pipe 4 connected to a vacuum pump V are connected to the other end section of the detonation wave tube 1. The detonation wave tube 1 is decompressed to vacuum with the vacuum pump V in advance, the fleon gas is introduced, then the detonating mixed gas is introduced, the whole pressure is adjusted to 1 atm, and the ignition plug 6 is ignited. The halide can be completely decomposed even if a large quantity of the decomposition-resistant gas is introduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To secure a treatment to make harmless a halogenated gas which is difficult to be decomposed and toxic and harmful to a human body by continuously treating the gas to exhaust product gas of detonation wave gas and gas to be decomposed supplied to an detonation wave pipe controlling the process with valve operation. CONSTITUTION:Gases from a combustible gas source 27 and a burning support gas source 28 are mixed in a mixer 21 into a composition range where they are explosive, and are introduced into a detonation wave pipe 1 under predetermined pressure through a solenoid mixture gas introduction valve 20. On the other hand, gas to be decomposed such as halide which is decomposed and wasted is introduced into the detonation wave pipe 1 from a decomposition gas introduction pipe line 3 through a solenoid introduction valve 30. The pipe is closed and an ignition plug is fired for detonation, and produced gas is fed to an absorption tower 41 by opening an exhaust valve 40 and is discharged into the air using an exhaust pump 48. By repeating these processes a greater amount of harmful gas difficult to be decomposed is continuously decomposed and is made harmless.
