摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a termite- and moisture-preventing building method having a high termite-preventing property and a high residual activity, safe for workers and residents, requiring a relatively simple work and capable of being simply applied to building sites. CONSTITUTION:A termite and moisture-preventing building method is characterized by mixing a polyol component as a component for a polyurethane resin with a termite-preventing agent and a rapid curing agent, mixing the mixture solution with an isocyanate component as the another component for the polyurethane, spraying the produced termite and moisture-preventing agent on the surface of the footing of a building and the surface of the ground around the footing and on the surfaces of target articles for the termite prevention, and curing the sprayed agent to form the cured coating films of the urethane polymer.

摘要： PURPOSE:To secure the safety, maintain a mildew-proofing effect for a long period of time and simply and inexpensively carry out the application by spraying a metallic film in specific thickness onto a wall surface, etc., at a low temperature and forming a mildew-resistant film. CONSTITUTION:The pseudo-alloy or alloy of zinc, copper or aluminum and zinc is sprayed at a position, where mold is easy to propagate itself, onto a building in thickness of 30-120mum through low-temperature spray application, thus forming a metallic film 3. When spray application is conducted onto a wall surface, etc., on which a spray-coated film is difficult to be formed directly, a surface is coated previously with a surface roughening agent, and a surface roughening agent layer is shaped onto a coated surface. The surface roughening agent is manufactured by mixing ceramic particles having a diameter of 10-150mum into a thermosetting or thermoplastic liquid resin. The metallic film 3 in thickness of 30-120mum is formed through the same low-temperature spray application after drying. Accordingly, the specified metallic film 3 intercepts moisture and a nutrient required for the propagation of mold while metallic ions work to the spores and mycelia of mold, thus preventing mold.
